Worse company ever
Worse company ever. The moment you made your reservation, you are on your own if there is a problem. If you are stuck in your way, they ask extra fees to assist even if you have insurance. Worse and worse people

I want to change my flight because my cancer sick brother in another country
I want to change my flight because my brother but the add Ons I bought wasn’t included and I had to pay 400 $ on the top plus they have ridiculous times .
Thank you for steeling my money and never ever again with you guys .the flight change wasn’t to a different country but Mexico (cancun) in February 2027 before the exp of my ticket.
