Lovely hand painted vase a little bit vintage
Loved a hand painted vase I bought so much that I bought a second one. I made a mistake with the second one and the service I got was amazing. Very approachable company. So happy to give them 5 Stars.

**Very disappointing quality
**Very disappointing quality – and questions about the reviews**
I ordered a Luxury Zen Asian-Inspired Plum Blossom Faux Floral Arrangement from Chavanic, expecting a premium product based on the beautiful photographs, the description on their website and, of course, the price.
What I received was extremely disappointing.
The white polystyrene base is clearly visible in several places because the moss does not cover it properly. The fern leaves are made of soft plastic without internal wire, making them almost impossible to shape naturally. Even worse, some leaves still have pieces of excess plastic that were not properly trimmed during manufacturing.
In short, it looks cheap and very obviously artificial. In my personal opinion, the quality is closer to that of a €5 decorative item than to the premium product advertised by Chavanic.
I posted a one-star review on their website to warn other customers and was subsequently contacted by Chavanic. Rather surprisingly, instead of simply addressing the quality issues, their representative specifically asked me whether I would be willing to **take down my review**. I have kept this email.
This also made me look more closely at the reviews displayed on their website. At the time of writing, Chavanic displays an exceptionally high overall rating of **4.97/5 from more than 1,300 reviews**, with the overwhelming majority being five-star reviews.
I cannot, and do not, claim that these positive reviews are fake. However, I do have questions about how they are collected and verified. I noticed differences in the way reviews appear to be identified as verified, and I find the extraordinarily high proportion of five-star reviews difficult to reconcile with my own experience and with the fact that the company contacted me specifically asking me to remove my negative review.
For transparency, I believe Chavanic should clearly explain what “Verified” means on its website, whether all reviews correspond to verified purchases, how reviews from different sources are collected, and what its policy is regarding contacting dissatisfied customers to request the removal of negative reviews.
Consumers should be able to rely on reviews — positive **and** negative — when deciding whether an expensive product is worth buying.
Based on the product I personally received, I certainly would not purchase from Chavanic again.

Flowers that look fresh and pretty
Flowers that I received were as pictured on Facebook.
I’m very happy with them I bought about four bunches and each of them look great. The colours I think make the look. I kept copies of the bunches so I could replicate the look. They are not exact mimic of a real flower but they are very pretty and give me a lot of joy without having to change the water and cut flowers from my garden. So always fresh and pretty.
