Charabancfragrance Arvostelua

Bought two - one for the front of the house one for the back. Looks cool.
Extremely disappointed/ Not happy - with its function - almost immediately it was having trouble dispensing any aroma fumes.
Emailed / they wanted me to clean the glass (literally brand new - with their oil) told me to video the situation- well unfortunately I work non stop and didn’t find the time. Now I wish I had they both don’t work. Never ever worked with good fumes.
So expensive and I hope to save someone else the expense.

Poor quality, repeatedly breaks down, customer service makes you jump hoops to have matters rectified within warranty period. Claims to be made in London but marketing couldn’t even get that right - it statutes “Design in London” not design”ED”. Scent leaves layer of film on anything near by. Bought so many in hope it was me doing something wrong not the product - nope definitely a cheap gimic. My advice is buy a good a good quality ultrasonic scent evaporator and save your self stress and money!

This aroma diffuser, compared to other diffusers, boasts an amazing solid wood with zero plastic feel. Its craftsmanship is superb and premium—it’s simply a work of art in my home.

The diffuser arrived. I was very happy with it quality.
