The faux arrangement looks fantastic at my home. I've ordered kiku arrangement and arlo vase, Both came on time, but seperately. Love my purcahse

Very Happy with the quality but shipping was a bit slow. I have ordered from Decovasse.com about 4 weeks ago. The faux arrangement arrived in 2 weeks, but Viola vase took 4 weeks to arrive. Customer service was responsive. I had concerns regarding vase, but everytime I have contacted them, they provided me with the info. I’m pleased with my purchase, especially if delivery times improve

I was a bit unsure, but decovasse durprised me in a good way. I have ordered Daisy arrangement with viola vase, well had some little delays wit the delivery, but it wasn't a big thing. Overall very satisfied with the product

Decovasse website is definitely a scam. All their product photos are copied from a legitimate worldwide business Contempee.

Cheap products priced ridiculously high. Don't buy!

I ordered a flower vase and it arrived completely shattered. The flowers also look very cheap.

BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! This company is a complete scam. No products sent. No refunds offered. No communication. I’ve posted my accurate review on all their social media only to be blocked (& my post was not even bad, just an accurate assessment of their product). If I could give 0 starts I would. Do not recommend. And for everyone else who has been scammed, I got my full refund through my bank so recommend you go to your provider who should be able to help you.

Ordered long before Christmas and still waiting. Can’t get hold of them to find out when they will deliver. Very disappointed as have ordered vase and flowers previously and was very happy with them but would not trust them now

If I could give no stars I would! After not receiving my parcel for 3 weeks I tried to contact the site. I was unable to email, they stated it had it be a live chat but I wasn’t able to contact anyone. After almost 5 weeks of not getting hold of anyone, I ended up putting in a claim through PayPal to cancel the order. That was a week ago and then today the vase arrived, completely smashed into a thousand pieces, wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap and in a plastic bag. Terrible service, communication and product.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
TOTALLY A SCAM! And the PRODUCTS ARE TERRIBLE IF THEY DO ARRIVE and DO NOT WORK!
