Since fitting we have been very pleased with the Electric Fire involved.

Bought a pure vision cylindrical log burner Nov 2022. Love the fire - but the log holder below the fire has already rusted through. Very disappointed to find this is not covered by the warranty. This was a premium product bought from a reputable local showroom and we find that the best they can offer is to repaint it a cost of £100

I have no complaints fire and surround look great.However, summer at moment so has not been on yet. I do like size can take quite large logs and have hoped it will be very effective.

Just had the paragon edge stove fitted absolutely beautiful looks just like a log burner but with added class and no messy cleaning up to do as its gas it's a bit too warm (june) to use it but tested it and looks stunning when on as well as off.

Paragon LPG Core fire recently installed by a separate and independent local company. Fire appeared noisy when on.
Charlton & Jenrick contacted and immediately arranged for an engineer to visit to undertake checks.
Thanks to the engineer for resolving several issues arising from the initial installation.
He was most helpful, courteous and tidy and helped get matters sorted. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything and matters have been rectified.
A first class service and highly recommended.

Great service from this company. Ordered a Paragon Low Lintel fire recently and had a problem lighting it. Reported on the Friday and had a call back on the Monday to arrange for the engineer to call. Engineer (Andy) diagnosed the fault almost immediately and had it fixed, was also extremely patient with my questions. Brilliant service and would highly recommend.

Very pleased with the stove, its functions, and all round looks. Registering the warranty seemed particularly awkward - if it had been as straight forward as expected, you would have got a five!

Great product with a 12 year warranty

My new Paragon fire replaced a twenty year old Paragon model. The new fire feels more solidly built, has a premium look and was fitted within a couple
of hours. Whilst not wishing for colder weather I am looking forward to using my new fire.

Bought a C&J gas fire some years ago and was well pleased until last Autumn when fire would not stay on for more than 30 secs. Could not get anyone local, including firm that installed it, to look at it so contacted C&J. They pointed out that as they're Midlands based and I'm in mid Cornwall it might be some time before they got an engineer to us. Fully understood. This week engineer arrived and was pleasant, thorough, knowledgeable and professional. Identified fault caused by previous servicing (British Gas) and quickly rectified. Almost worth the current cold snap to be able to bask in cosy room again.
