Four attempts to watch a film failed due to app freezing during adverts. Waste of time, and app that doesn't work is useless.

Utterly shocking service
Unfortunately, it is not possible to award negative numbers of stars, otherwise I would be giving -10!! My five streaming is torture - it is like going back 30 years with the little rotating star thing, which keeps getting stuck, then when you exist and restart, you are forced to watch all the advertising garbage again. The worst streaming service I have ever experienced.

Absolutely horrendous channel.The 5 app is atrocious.Stops every 10 minutes, freezes, buffers regularly, this is the only streaming app I have problems with so nothing to do with slow internet speed.

20 adverts, 10 minutes viewing
Watching on catch up, only want to watch 10 mins of an episode! To get there, I'm on advert 20!!!! & I HAVEN'T EVEN GOT TO THE 10 MINS I WANT TO WATCH
No wonder companies like Netflix & Disney are taking over - if you get ads on those, you get 2! for the whole episode.
Another service abusing its customers to end up as a relic in the not too distant future!

This catch up on 5 is absolutely disgusting its slow it stops its freezes its a shambles its a joke shame on uou chanel 5 how can you have not even sorted this out amd there are so so many terrible reviews. A channel destroyed by adverts.Yes you have to have them but 5 really have taken it to another level.Impossible to watch due to the sheer number of monotonous ads.Pity as they have some good stuff but not for me whilst the ads take up a third of your viewing.no wonder their viewing figures have plummeted

The adverts are in excess
The adverts are in excess. You start your programme and have to watch 10 adverts first. There’s far too many breaks in the programme and so an hour long show takes up to two hours! The show content is a great mix so it’s such a shame I don’t want to watch things on this forum. Also can only stream on phone or tablet or smart tv. Not gaming consoles. Honestly such poor service
