The content is terrible . The weekday mornings can be informative but after 10-11am it just goes wrong .
Christmas B Movies in October/November undramatic dramas . Home and away is squeezed in between this and the news .
Before you know it it’s late afternoon .
The adverts seem a lot longer than the other channels, so much so that if I’m channel surfing I can pretty much say to myself I guarantee if I put channel 5 on it’s a safe bet it will be the commercial break.

Keeps freezing then goes back to the beginning of the program. First time this happens you think it's a recap of what you were watching, then you realise you've got to restart again to get back where you were. Today midway through it has just frozen so can't finish what we were watching just plain annoying!

Utterly useless, ERRORS at every advert.
Does the tedious adverts then says error. Press OK and it loops back to 1 minute before the ads and the whole cycle starts again. Never start using channel 5 catch up. Deserves to go bust.

Frozen screen , every time! This review I copied below was posted 6 days ago. I agree entirely, 100% with the problem.

The problem seems to be software not reconnecting to streaming after adverts. I now avoid Channel 5. And so should advertisers!! Beware!

5 Star Crap. Its taken me 4 hours to watch 1 hour of last nights The Forsytes!!! I'm just stuck on Great Western Railway advert. Garbage, pure effing garbage.

Worst channel to stream - keeps freezing they are aware as message pops up to say they experiencing problems but it get progressively worse

You may call yourself the home of award-winning content, but your content doesn't load in your app, and your app crashes almost every time I open it on my Sky Glass TV or phone.

It's hard to say what your content is like when I can't even view it. It might be time to either find new techs to fix your app or build a new one.

Harry and Meghan, Where did the money go? What a load of codswallop. Where the heck does Channel 5 get its information from? Lie after lie, after lie. Meghan's father was earning $250,000 in the 80s not $30,000. Megham was privately schooled and NEVER had a job while in education. She had everything she wanted and was a spoilt brat. Harry WAS NOT an Apache helicopter pilot; in fact, he wasn't even a pilot because he failed his exam. He flew a helicopter for 10 mins under supervision, that is all. He spent his time in Afghanistan in a bunker with Gurkas guarding him while he played video game, and his weekend in the nearest town drunk. Never saw a day of combat. Channel 5's version is just rubbish. I watched for 5 minutes but could not stomach any more of the nonsense they were putting out and switched off.

Absolute rubbish. Was near the vendor of programme and then it stalls and buffers.
How amateurish and unprofessional.
So disrespectful to the viewers. Why have channel 5 not put this right.
Also far to many adverts.

Worshippers of Meghan Markle and saying she could have saved the royal family? Utter rubbish!

Show some news instead of left wing junk. All local news 5,7,12 is left leaning. Need to see a station that gives information and let the people decide. Not all things are the Trump Administrations falt.

Worst streaming service ever

I watched channel 5 "the Meghan effect" it was appalling, highly bias and so twisted. I always find it sickening how journalism can change the truth to suit their agenda.

One star is to many!!!
No reception at all on 5 catch up what is going on there are no problems with any of the other channels 5 need to talk to them an ask for there advise sooner than later rubbish channel.

The picture keeps going fuzzy. It has been doing this for some weeks.

Channel 5 is absolute rubbish,
They put on programs that people want to watch and when you tune in all you get is pixelating, can't watch a decent program. Why oh why do we pay a license fee???
