Spectacularly unreliable and has been for a long time, if dates of previous reviews are accurate.
Obviously, giving feedback is pointless.

They call these 5 star and 5 action! Really, what rerun’s of police interceptors and traffic cops from over 10 years ago,
Rubbish channels full of advertisements and shite programs

Fails all the time but the one guarantee is that before it restarts you’ll have to rewatch all the ads you already watched

Horrible watching experience! Too many ads & doesn’t remember what you’ve watched so start when you ended. Will only watch if desperate!!

Some good content but unwatchable.. soo many adverts, 10 mins TV and 5 mins of adverts!!!!
Also the buffering and screen glitches spoils the whole experience.
When will this service improve?

Absolutely appalling service changed some programmes since xmas with no warning from Channel 5 to Channel 32 trying to tell me it is accessible to everybody and the public preferred it no survey with the people in Gloucestershire Stroud area as they cannot get Channel 32 as they confirmed today after telling me how everybody could watch it for free for about ten minutes to then find out it was incorrect and not everybody can get it useless set up who don't have a clue need to pay up to £500 to get the channel on my TV NO IMPRESSED.

Wouldn't even load. Instead got a screen about advertising and privacy. Said scan QR code, but there wasn't one! Absolute waste of time.

Channel 5 has been buffering all day how do I stop it?

Unwatchable. So many adverts that I just don't have the time or patience to sit through hours and hours of adverts in order to attempt to watch anything on this channel. I've given up and deleted the app off my TV altogether and don't miss it.

The documentary about Meghan Markle was quite balanced in some parts but the comments that her As Ever brand is very successful is utter rubbish! Harry looks absolutely miserable all the time and she's just in it for herself. Normally your royal documentaries are great but this was delusional.

Crashing after every advert break and then restarting the adverts. Just avoid this channel.

Watching the free loader Jane MCD on a very sad and smutty documentary. Pole to Pole.

Always liked NCIS but tried watching it on 5USA.First advert break was 7 minutes in then 5 in an hour.

Streaming service is absolutely appalling. Not even worthy of 1 star. Freezing, crashing, especially after the numerous, repetitive ad breaks. Instead of advising us to re boot our Internet and devices Channel 5 need to get their act together and supply a useable service. If ITV and BBC can do it why can't 5?

Broadcasting a hatchet job on meghan markle? What is it about meghan and Harry that channel 5 is so scared of? A constant stream of programmes rubbishing this couple. I think that the bosses see them as a threat in some way.

Wish I could give zero stars but an advert came on again and then the app crashed!!

Shocking service, My5 is the only app on my TV I have issues with, buffering, relentless updates, constant pin requests, failure to load, failure to play...absolutely shockingly run service.
We miss so much, tried deleting uploading app...justvthe same. I don't have any issues with player, itx, more 4 etc

Channel 5 have stopped showing the seniors snooker final on the deciding frame to show live American football. What an absolute sack of shit. Won't watch it again.

Sadly can't award it zero stars. Channel 5 has some decent programmes but their playback service is garbage. Fine until you get to one of the numerous ad breaks then it seems to go into pause and won't restart. And it not my broadband etc. The programmes stutter, run fast or just don't play. Shockingly bad
