Loading Issues
Like a few other reviewers I have had problems with the programme I'm watching loading the next part after adverts and trailers.
5 seem to have no problem showing said adverts and trailers but they are useless when it comes to starting the next part of the show.
It is not a broadband issue as I have more than enough bandwidth to handle it.
X is the same.
iPlayer seems to manage just fine while the commercial streamers seem to enjoy making us watch loads of ads again and again.
Get a grip 5!

5 is now unwatchable
5 is now unwatchable. 4 to 5 minutes of ads then 10 minutes if your lucky, of a programme. Cannot watch anything now. Appalling service.

CH5’s App is rubbish.
The CH5’s App is rubbish, always crashes after watching six or seven adverts just as the program restarts resulting in having to restart the app and watch all the adverts again! Very frustrating!! But this is the future apparently!! I have a fast fibre internet connection and have tried Firestick, Smart TV’s on board App and set top box, all suffer issues with CH5’s app, no such problems exist with BBC iplayer, ITVx or CH4 apps or Netflix.

So. Many. Ads.
Nearly impossible to watch anything with the amount of ads. 8 or 9 ads each time and they're played at least every 15 minutes. It's ridiculous.
It's a shame because there are some good programmes that I actually want to watch.

My elderly uncle loves to watch Law and Order which is on during the day, it's his favourite program but they constantly show the same episodes all the time, we watched an episode the other day that has been shown twice this month, absolutely waste of a good program

I have just tried to stream several programmes. Each time after interminal ads the episode simply would not play. Trying this about four times with different genres had the same result. So Ads viewed: about 20

Wall to wall ads interspersed with frequent freezes
Pretty much unwatchable. Constant freezes and ads, ads and yet more ads every time you try to restart. Plus repeated confirmation requests that you're over-18. If you're lucky (and very persistent), you may get a few excerpts of the programme you actually want to watch. I no longer bother to even try to watch anything on this channel. Clearly, they don't care about the tsunami of 1-star reviews. Their sponsors should - and stop advertising on Channel 5. No-one's watching. Because no-one can!

Storm huntley is never at work, i understand having 4 months off to have her baby , but since having her own slot which has now changed to storm n alex because she never at work, whats going on with her, your obviously paying her way to much because shes spending so much time at home, why do u even employ her.. also whers her husband ? Cant he watch their kids, other fathers do it ?

The Worst TV App
This is by far the worst mainstream channel app. If it works at all it is frustratingly slow but most of the time it just does nothing. Such a shame as many of my favourite shows are on 5 channels.

I like all the talk shows except this one. Vanessa never stops talking and when she asks the viewers a question she yet barely lets them speak. Infact she is often rude and speaks over them. She seems to love the sound of her own voice.

I think 5 streaming has some amazing content BUT I have to decide not to watch it any longer due to the amount of adverts. They make it impossible to enjoy the movies.
