Io e mio marito siamo stati accolti dalla Signora Silvana come persone di famiglia, abbiamo imparato a tirare la pasta e a preparare lasagne e ravioli e un favoloso tiramisù. È stata un’esperienza bellissima che sicuramente ripeteremo perché ci siamo davvero trovati bene. Grazie Silvana!

We had a really enjoyable evening with Terese and her family. They made us feel so welcome, like friends. The food was exceptional, all home grown and cooked.
I would recommend this experience to anyone, we both absolutely loved it.

Fantastyczna przygoda🥰 właściciele domu, którzy nas gościli, z którymi gotowaliśmy i z którymi spędziliśmy wieczór konsumując przygotowane potrawy to przesympatyczni ludzie. Człowiek nie czuł się skrępowany, rozmowa nawet bez znajomości języka w dzisiejszych czasach jest możliwa za pomocą tłumacza. Jedzenie przepyszne POLECAM z całego serca i pozdrawiam

I was filled with so much gratitude for the way Sra Cri opened her home to me and my child. The experience far exceeded just learning to cook. Within two hours time I felt like I learned a skill but also gained a friend. She made no qualms about my baby not being focused for the entire session and gave them the opportunity to run and play outdoors while we continued. I am also an emerging Italian language speaker and she even supported me with that ! I cannot believe how blessed I was to cross her path in this life’s journey. I am forever grateful for my experience. (tortellini and tagliatelle making)

Everything was extremely fresh and delicious that we made! Hands on learning and instruction was fantastic! Wine was a great plus as well as we worked in the kitchen and added a few new things to wow our family! Antonio is the man!

When you go to Italy you have the choice between:
- Doing a class with a nice lady and paying her for her expertise and the fruits of her work.
- Doing a class with Cesarine and giving 65% of your money to rude people that mistreat the people ACTUALLY doing the classes.

Cristina was a wonderful host and we got a wonderful experience of authentic Italian cooking.

Communication was excellent. Menu options were thoughtful and clear. Ilaria was prompt, prepared, and knowledgeable. Our meal was delicious, plentiful, beautiful. Our chef was patient to explain a process and share ideas. Her love of food and appreciation for the client was ever apparent.

In home lesson with Chef Roberta in Bologna was fantastic! Highly recommend booking your Italian cooking lesson with her!

Mary and her family made our experience as a family so wonderful. The cooking was fabulous and we really felt like we spent an afternoon with good friends.

Rosa e la sua cucina sono stata un'esperienza unica. Ci ha accolto con grande calore facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. Ci ha spiegato e seguito nei procedimenti fino a farci realizzare i nostri primi tortellini! Non è stato un semplice corso di cucina, è stata un'esperienza divertente, guidata da una persona interessante, che ama la vita e il suo lavoro o hobby che sia! Rosa ci ha fatto staccare la testa, usare le mani e, nel mio caso, portare alla mente ricordi di infanzia e momenti preziosi con la mia nonna. Il mio era un regalo di compleanno e Rosa, senza alcuna richiesta ci ha preparato un dolce con tanto di candelina...oltre a dare consigli e ricette su tanti piatti della tradizione. Una gran bella esperienza...r una gran bella persona! Tornerò con amici o coi miei bimbi!

We made two local recipes (pizzoccheri and sciatt) along with tiramisu. Patrizia helped us arrange transportation to and from her place, which had a beautiful view looking down on Lake Como.

She was a very gracious and kind host, and it was fantastic to learn recipes she grew up with. We had a great time getting to know Patrizia, and she was even kind enough to give us a jar of homemade marmalade.

All three recipes were delicious. Highly recommend!

Scheduling was easy, but our directions had a little hiccup - we were easily able to message with our host to figure it out. The experience itself was something we will never forget! We would definitely recommend this cooking class. It was outstanding! Fantastico!!
