Extremely disappointing experience. The shoes arrived much too big, so I initially tried to exchange them for a smaller size, but the system kept showing an error and wouldn’t let me proceed. I then decided to return the shoes instead, only to encounter the same problem.

I have also sent multiple emails and received absolutely no response.

It’s unacceptable that a brand makes it so difficult for customers to exchange or return an item. I feel like I’ve wasted my money, and I honestly don’t understand how a brand can operate with such poor customer service. I would not recommend shopping here.

J’ai fait une demande de retour / remboursement. Depuis ils me répondent plus et n’envoient pas mon argent.

Guys NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!

Katastrophaler Kundenservice! Keine Rückerstattung trotz Rücksendung!

Ich habe zwei Jacken bestellt. Eine Jacke war viel zu groß und hat überhaupt nicht gepasst. Die zweite Jacke wurde ohne Gürtel geliefert, obwohl auf den Produktbildern eindeutig ein Gürtel zu sehen war. Deshalb habe ich beide Jacken am 17.09.2026 zurückgeschickt.

Eine Jacke habe ich über Klarna bezahlt, die andere direkt über mein Bankkonto. Zum Glück konnte Klarna den einen Fall für mich klären. Für die andere Jacke habe ich bis heute weder mein Geld zurückbekommen noch eine vernünftige Antwort erhalten!

Seit fast einem Monat versuche ich, den Kundenservice zu erreichen. Es gibt praktisch keinen erreichbaren Ansprechpartner. Wenn überhaupt eine Antwort kommt, dann offenbar von einem KI-Chatbot, der nicht einmal versteht, worum es geht.

Kein persönlicher Kontakt, keine vernünftige Kommunikation, keine Lösung und keine Rückerstattung!

Ich finde es absolut enttäuschend, wie hier mit Kunden umgegangen wird. Ich habe beide Artikel zurückgeschickt und möchte einfach nur mein Geld zurück.

Aufgrund meiner Erfahrung kann ich von einer Bestellung bei diesem Unternehmen nur abraten!

I bought boots directly from their webpage and got 2 left boots! I understand mistakes happen and immediately wrote to customer service. I have never received any feedback! I will return them now thiugh I wanted to consider getting the right one and keeping them, but with this way of customer care I do not plan to. If they drcide to keep 15€ for postal fee I will again complain.

I had to write a review since I saw there were so many bad ones. I ordered two pairs of shoes from them and had no problems what so ever. Delivery was super fast and the shoes are lovely and the quality is very good. Will definitely order again and can recommend!

Per la seconda volta ho acquistato direttamente dall'azienda attraverso il loro sito e mi sono trovata sempre bene. Mi piacciono molto i le loro scarpe che trovo originali e di buona qualità. Leggo recensioni negative che mi stupiscono perchè la mia esperienza è stata positiva anche con il servizio clienti: non avendo ricevuto uno dei tre modelli acquistati ho verificato che era esaurito Ho mandato una mail e in poche ore mi hanno riaccreditato l'importo.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Lieferung meiner Schuhe. Innerhalb von 2 Tagen war meine Bestellung bei mir zu Hause. Die Cesare Gaspari Schuhe ist toll. Leicht, voll Leder und unbeschreiblich bequem! Mir gefallen bei dieser Marke, dass sie nicht alltäglich aussehen, sind aufgefallen und sehr gute Qualität. Die Farbe meiner Schuhen ist sehr schön, genau so wie auf dem Bild im Internet. Beim anprobieren habe ich sofort gespürt die gut die Schuhen verarbeitet sind. Ich bin sehr zufrieden sowohl mit den Schuhen als auch mit der Lieferung! Acquistato un paio di decolleté su Zalando, pagate 99€. Indossate mezza giornata e la suola si é spaccata a metá in entrambe le scarpe.
Essendo state indossate (per 4 ore!) non é possibile ottenere un rimborso.
VERGOGNOSO

Deux bons premiers achats qui se sont tres bien passés et dont je suis très contente. La troisième paire commandée ne m'allait pas bien et j'ai eu un souci d'étiquette de retour mais le service client m'a répondu 2 jours apres ma demande et j'ai été remboursée très vite après le retour. A voir comment tiennent ces chaussures qui sont pour l'instant très confortables.

All high heels are not only badass looking but offer FULL comfort for the user.

And now this really changed 100% when I discovered Cesare Gaspari Shoes.

FINNALY A brand that makes GREAT shoes, in the fuul sence of the word.
It’s majestic work. They always fulfill all possible needs: Incredible timeless but always Contemporary Designs, highly sexy, feminine, femme-fatale like - they got them all.
Of course price range is higher, which makes it more difficult to buy more pairs, but not Runway Designer high which would be a shame.
If we look at the price from a durability and high quality perspective, their shoes justify the price. They’re durable which is a priceless thing to have in a world of poor fast fashion quality.
I bought for all year seasons from them and keep having the same high end comfort and look experience.

I went back to using Pumps and high heels more often thanks to your work. You gave me back high comfort and always a stable foot feeling, I can keep my straight posture, walk confidently for good whiles, stand for drinks with no issue for longer whiles and keep the balance with no pain and full stability, while having on crazy beautiful shoes. Bravo.

Envoi rapide et soigné (expédition vers la France). Chaussures conformes à la description et aux photos. Ce n'est pas un cuir exceptionnel mais cela reste convenable pour le prix. Détails soignés (coutures, coupe, semelle...).

Non accettato richieste di reso, appena vuoi effettuare il reso il sito web non genera alcuna etichetta e alle email nessuno risponde ( in 15 giorni ho inviato 30 e-mail) assistenza clienti inesistente

Terribile esperienza,fanno.pagare il.reso di 15 euro e non lo comunicano sottraendolo .

Man bekommt nicht mal eine Antwort!
Ich habe 2 Mützen bestellt, allerdings war nur 1 im Paket. Ich habe dem Kundendienst sofort geschrieben, und danach noch 2 mal und keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Ich habe bei Klarna mein Problem gemeldet und dann kam nur die Info das ich die Ware erhalten und bezahlen soll!!! Obwohl ich nur 1 Mütze erhalten habe. Größte Frechheit!!! Sehr schade!

I have been waiting 8 days for a response regarding a return label, and my return deadline is approaching, yet I have received no reply at all. I contacted you via info email. Phone doesn't exist.

Please send me the return label immediately, or clearly advise where and how I can obtain it in time to complete the return within the allowed period.

Due to the lack of response, I was forced to inform the European Consumer Centre (ECC). As a consumer, I cannot accept being ignored when trying to exercise my right to return an item within the deadline.

I expect your reply today :).
