Overall good service. Alexandra was very helpful and Marcin was excellent. In this day and age I feel you should text and say e mail for payment isis on the way as I did not know whether it was a scam or fact. We get so many bogus messages etc

Good System, Bad Booking system, Environmentally friendly?
The system works well, no problems in 3 years. The engineers are great, I got some good tips for maintenance from my recent service engineer. I have removed one star for two reasons: 1. Your booking system needs improvement - it seems to think I hadn't had a service in all 3 years I've had the system, when I've had regular annual services. Reason 2 is that the water filters are not recyclable - I'm pretty shocked to be left with a small metal container which I assume is full of components, to simply be thrown away with the household rubbish. Not environmentally friendly.

Excellent job
I received a phone call to book my service followed by 2 more calls to confirm the booking and if I was happy with the day and time. Paul phoned me to confirm he would be with me within a hour to do the service.
Paul and Owen arrived within the hour and did the service. They were 2 very nice and friendly guys and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend them.

Fast annual service
Booked annual service online on Sunday. Technician called over 2 days later. He spent 20 min doing the service, quick and mess free.

The time it took to get to speak to a…
The time it took to get to speak to a Culligan agent over the phone was extremely disappointing. On one occasion I was on hold for over 30mns before being cut off. The engineer that carried out the service was prompt, polite and friendly but the customer service in terms of being able to make contact was extremely disappointing and will discourage me from using this company again in the future.

The engineer was lovely, friendly, reliable and knowledgeable. He actually saved me money by explaining how an upgrade to my water softener system would benefit me when I enquired about a new system.
