Great from start to finish, engineer was a gent, and easy to organise service and pay.

Easy to order a service. Technician excellent at his job and very helpful.

Arrived when he said he would, was very polite, carried out service efficiently and delivered the salt I ordered.

Customer service was very helpful and efficient.

Michael arrived on time and phoned beforehand. He was professional and competent.He was completely focused on the job.

Tomas fitted out new water softening system, 10/10. He explained everything clearly and his work was so neat. He left the place cleaner than when he arrived! Would highly recommend Culligan.

Had our unit replaced under warranty last June ,the previous unit installed by ewt in 2015 broke sending resin beads all over the house into several appliances ,they get you to sign up to a direct debit for your annual service and salt supply ,but on the day of the service if you're lucky they'll stick to that date the salt doesn't arrive with them and you get nothing but excuses ,they take your money every month and don't deliver ,the customer service is disgraceful email after email, phonecall after phonecall nothing is resolved ,I'm owed for salt for last year that never arrived and 3 months of direct debits after before I cancelled the direct debit once I informed them I was going to ,honestly I wouldn't recommend cuilligans to install a light bulb ,I will be referring this to the CCPC for review ,STAY AWAY FROM CUILLIGANS ALSO TRADING AS CELTIC WATER SOLUTIONS they take your money don't deliver service , customer service is anything but costumer friendly .

The guy that came to me was very punctual and got on with his job lovely guy. He was a very polite and I have no complaints.very nice young Man Janet Martin.

When the technician did arrive it was at the exact time I told the scheduler not to show up at.

Pleasant customer service and service technicians. Really easy to deal with. Filter replacement and unit service always carried out in a clean and timely manner.

It great that we get a reminder every year that our filter's need changing. On the day that was arranged the service man rang to give the time he would be arriving. All water filter's were changed.Go to go until next year. Water tastes great.

The service engineer went out of his way to fit in the call at a time that was convenient for me.

What seemed a successful annual service call-out: very efficient and timely visit by service engineer.
Unfortunately I will have to call them back; it seems the reservoir tank is not filling. Pump is working. No leaks. But after about a minute the flow from the tap starts to fade off and dries to a trickle after about 4/5 minutes.
