Delivery was fast, quality is exceptional and most importantly, the cat is obsessed with the tree!

This is the 3rd purchase from this company always great products that actually last this order I had ordered a certain colour but unfortunately had an email to say that colour wasn't available but could offer an alternative colour so great communication from them and would highly recommend this company if you want products that last and I like the fact you can order spare parts to replace worn parts instead of having to buy a whole new cat tree

We wanted to order one of the cat trees for delivery to Switzerland. Unfortunately not a service that is currently provided. Somehow we managed to place the order and transfer the money. James could not have been more helpful. The money was refunded promptly, emails were answered very quickly. If delivery to Switzerland ever becomes an option - please let us know :)

Great products easy to put together and very well made

Do not use this company! Overpriced for sub quality items. Beware that if like us you build a cat house and realised your cat is too big for it so he never used it, they will say it’s been used so they can’t refund! Also a bit of wood chipped off while I was carefully dusting the item and they say we must have damaged while assembling so won’t do anything about it! I think the quality is not great at all and they import things from USA so it’s not a locally sourcing company. Customer service takes ages to reply too. Really disappointed
Edit-check out James’ reply-he stills says ‘because your cat has used it’! THE HOUSE HAS NEVER BEEN USED SO DON’T GIVE ME A ROBOTIC REPLY! ANSWER PROPERLY AS TO WHY YOU CAN’T ACCEPT A RETURN!!

I ordered a product from this company. It arrived damaged. There was a drawn out, very upsetting period of trying to sort things out, which negatively affected my physical and mental health. I can't say much as the last time I shared information in a review about it, the CEO sent me a cease and desist letter, and gave me a 48 hour deadline for me to remove my 1 star review or they would take further action. After discussion he agreed:

"...now that you have informed us you wish to keep the product, we are happy to send any available spare parts to you to fix the issues (aside from the baseplate which is not in stock) and can send a new baseplate as soon as they arrive in around 3 months time.

As a gesture of goodwill in the interim, I will arrange for a 25 pound refund back onto your card for the chip in the baseplate for now as well and happy to send a wax pen to fix the chip in the meantime as well"

I have quoted directly to avoid any accusations of defamatory comments. I have not received the agreed refund, base plate, shelf, or wax pen. I have emailed the company and the CEO and not received responses. It has been over 3 months.

I am incredibly grateful for my recent purchase of this cat house. It's not just a house; it's a home within a home. Highly recommended for fellow cat lovers!

Dear Cat Tree, let me start with the good thing: the scratching cat tree is very beautiful and my cats seem to enjoy it. However, the rest of my review is negative. Your promise that the package will be on my doorstep within 4 working days has come out of the blue. I had to wait more than 3 weeks (!) for my packages. Moreover, the packages were also transported with GLS, which meant I had to wait one week extra and to wait for two days at home becourse the delivery was continiously postponed. Moreover, it seems as if your webshop is Dutch, but that is not the case. Please be transparent about it. Contact with your customer service, apart from fairly quick response, was also not satisfactory. Fortunately, I don't buy a new scratching cat tree anytime soon, but certainly not from Cat Tree.

Really great tree. A bit too tall for the space but very easily adapted to fit- I should have measured. It looks good and my two cats love it.

Our 2 little thugs (not maine coon) are quite rough with cat trees... So we bought this bad boy...😀 They didn't seem to like the table top bed though & were fighting over the hammock.. So we removed that & ordered another hammock for the spoilt little thugs... Now its purrfect..😉 This is a very well built cat tree with some serious weight, so it doesn't move around however rough they play... It still looks as good as the day i put it up...👍 Delivery was painless & prompt (both orders) I can highly recommend this cat tree & Cat Tree UK for an impeccable service... 😀😀😀

this company is wonderful ! i bought one of the cheaper cat trees that was still large and was apprehensive about the quality. I honestly shouldn't have been because it was so easy to put together and really structurally sound. The shipping was super quick and there are emails and updates every step of the way. I think this one will last my cat her whole life but if I ever buy another cat tree, it will definitely be from here.

The cat tree itself is incredible quality - an extremely sturdy and well made piece of furniture more than able to withstand the actions of my three rambunctious boys! And the customer service from the company itself was excellent - my order coincided with a bank holiday so having updates about its delivery and arrival was really useful. Highly recommended!!

We bought a cat house for a stray cat we look after. She loves the house. It was easy to build and it's very pretty and comfortable for her - she doesn't want to leave it!

Purchased my last few cat scratch posts from CatTreeUK and wouldn't go anywhere else.
They might be more expensive but last far longer than the ones I used to buy which would be wrecked within a few months.
Got some crackers on their website. If I had more room I'd get one of the big ones.

Great company, sure they might seem a little expensive but for the price they are made brilliantly. I foster cats so have experienced a number of cat trees, practically all don't last long at all - they are cheaply made from cardboard. From CatTreeUk all are of great quality, and yet to break! They are great for cats all shapes and sizes. No problems with delivery and arrived soon than I expected.

I purchased a high cat tree for my overweight captive cat, to give him a little more exercise going up and down. It arrived as stated and well packaged. It is very sturdy and well made. It’s a relief to have ordered something and not have to make it myself. Will definitely be ordering more outside cat furniture from Cattree as they are such good products.
