We order 4 night at catalonia hotel in bacalona . We paid 1184 euro we cancel our trip and expectet That the money would go back . There was not happen enything ! Now i talk with Them aleist 20 time Got 4 different e-mail . There are now going 20 days and my moneys not back yet !!!! This is so bad and im so angry 😡 this Will do That im never going to stay at the hotel again . Be ware of paying in front to this hotel cause it is only problems and i Will take so much of Your time just to get the money back . This is the worst expirens i had with a hotel i thoug was High class.

Totalmente recomendable
Hotel Catalonia Oporto. Atención en recepción inmejorable. Hacen todo lo posible para facilitarte la estancia, incluso más allá de sus obligaciones. Muy buena ubicación. Cama y almohadas fantásticas, aunque la habitación algo pequeña. Perfectamente insonorizada y limpia. Servicio de café y te gratis en la habitación.
Cómo pega no se repone el desayuno suficientemente por lo que si acudes a "última hora" aunque sea ,más de 30 minutos antes del cierre faltan muchos productos

Mal servicio de habitaciones. Tras comunicar que tenían activo el servicio en nochevieja, como huesped, me sentí discriminado a la hora de la cena. No atendían al teléfono, y finalmente tuve que salir a por unas pizzas. Denigrante. València.

We have booket the hotel room for 4 nights. We arrived from Denmark to the hotel at 10:00 o’clock today. We know that check-in was from 15:00 o’clock, so we Got our suitcases’s left at the hotel and went to the city. All was fine.
We arrived again at 14:45 to check inn. Many guest’s where waithing to check inn, so we went for at drink in the mean time. At 15:25 we went to get our room, but is is not ready😡 That is not okay.

Vorsichtig beim buchen sehr unübersichtlich und teuer
Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel direkt am Meer leider sind die Preise vollkommen überzogen und die Zimmeraustattung sehr schlecht beschrieben dadurch ist es möglich das der Preis für 3 Nächte von 200 Euro schnell auf 800 Euro steigt es wäre wünschenswert die Preise und Ausstattung übersichtlicher zu gestalten so das es kein böses Erwachen gibt ,für 800 Euro hätte ich in Santo Domingo ein vergleichbares besseres Hotel mit allen inklusive Leistungen bekommen ,werde dieses Hotel bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in Santo Domingo nicht mehr buchen!
