Ordered in February, expected early April. Did not receive until 18th April. Having said that, the company was not really in control of delivery as it came from China.
The metal was damaged but could not face another wait. Instructions were wholly inadequate. Company had to be phoned for help. Members of staff were polite and helpful.

Ordered an E27 dimmer lamp base. Was kept up to date on order/delivery. Delivery arrived on time. The lamp base is actually nicer in real life, so super pleased. Highly recommend and will definitely order from Castlegate again.
