Ordered a gorgeous large white table lamp and beautiful wooden overhead fan with remote control. Both look amazing and work perfectly. Both arrived within specified time. Will order again from this company

What a shame, after ordering a huge triple light lamp, it’s arrived damaged With a lot of scratching and damage to the finish.
Happy with the light but disappointed with damage, these lights come in a huge box with very extensive packaging, I suggested perhaps give me a part refund to save hassle, returning and costs on their part, but this company wouldn’t do that. Very disappointed.! They did not offer a return label, no way was I going to pay for the return of this light it would’ve cost a fortune.
Shame as I would’ve used this company to buy lots of lamps for our large property conversion, this company has lost out on The sale of about 15 lights/lamps

Wrong item sent on initial delivery but this was sorted out promptly with a prepaid label sent to myself to return item. The correct replacement was sent out as soon as it was in stock again.

I am still without my order. I would like to tell you that yodel have said they have called at my house 3 times and now I have to go to there local depot to collect it. I live no where near there local depot. They have not called at my house 3 times. Once they have called and once left a card.

I had a problem with one of the lights I had ordered. I loved the lights and just wanted to exchange for the same light. I phoned customer care and was greeted by a professional and friendly member of the team, who talked me through the process of exchanging the light.
I was amazed how super efficient the staff member was and my problem was solved within 24 hours, new light ordered and the problem light ready for collection.
I appreciate the fact that was able to speak directly to a member of very helpful staff and wasn’t referred to a chat bot or sign posted to Q&As that never solve the issue either.

Great items, great delivery times and updates, a very easy returns policy. A good company to deal with while we were doing a loft extension and our requirements were changing as the build developed. Would definitely buy from again because of the ease of returns which we needed to a couple of times.

We bought two of DAR Trent Single External Light in a Black Gold Finish as porch lights for the back and front of our house. We are absolutely delighted with them.
They are a great quality item with a good weight to them. These lights are far cheaper here at Castlegate Lights than we saw for the exact same lights in John Lewis website.
We definitely recommend seller. They arrived extremely well packaged and arrived very quickly too.
I will be looking here first for my next set of lights.

Our lamp showed up with its packaging absolutely destroyed. All the box was ripped, all of the polystyrene was smashed to bits.

We then thought ok its just the packaging we will get the lamp out. The build quality was absolutely shocking, looked nothing like the pictures shown on your website. My wife was very dissapointed in the product. We then thought we'd test the light NO BRITISH PLUG ON END OF LIGHT. No where on the description was this shown anywhere.

So we thought we'd send back the light for a full refund, read your refund policy and then felt quite threatened the way you have worded your refund policy. The packaging must be in perfect condition or we will charge you, we will charge you a return fee, so it wasnt even worth us sending back. Its a shame companies like yourselves treat consumers the way you do. All we wanted was a lovely light that we saw in the picture and what we got was something that was battered, didnt look anything like the picture and was'nt even for British socket outlets which means people have to go out and buy adapters.

I purchased a light from this company and it was despatched quickly however the company delivering the product let the seller down by not delivering the product on days they said they would which resulted in light being returned to depot in numerous occasions. However when I contacted Castlegatelights about the fact I had not received my delivery they acted promptly and used an alternative delivery company who delivered my light the next day and I am very pleased with the light.
