expensive but time is money.

why the f is the service 79 dollars for printing one sheet of paper

edit: my fault. i apparently selected the wrong service. the service charge was 39 dollars. was refunded the difference. im still upset how it takes $60 total to print out and mail me ONE sheet of paper. it's either this or wait 4+ weeks for a local DMV appointment or the mailing option process.
changed 1 star to 3. this works. got my paper the next business day. just costly.

Rip off!

Everything went smooth with renewing my registration until I got to the section where I had to pay. I had a hard time figuring out why my payment wasn’t being accepted literally going back and forth for about 15 minutes looking for the errors. So finally I changed the e-mail option to next day delivery and all of a sudden it magically worked. This company just wants people to spend extra money that’s all next time I’ll just go into the DMV at least I’ve adjusted to them taking my money smh.

Great ... but

Great, except why do I have to pay $5 for an email copy and *also* pay for a shipment? I only need one and can print from the email.

Scam

It should be zero star for charging me a second time because the first registration didn’t make it to my residence! Thieves!!

Well that's dumb

I mean easy to use, but they try to make you upgrade the mailing part by saying it's not guaranteed to arrive in the mail. But DMV documents are government issued so of course they will arrive in the mail. What a stupid thing to say. Greedy pigs

Convenient but too pricey!

Your website is convenient and easy, HOWEVER I feel that you raising my fee by $50 just so I don't have to wait in a 2hr line is ridiculous. As if $400 for registration isn't bad enough.
