for the past 4 weeks I have been getting pop-up ads that knock off what I am trying to see on the internet. It makes the whole screen to go dark and requires me to back out of the site I am viewing and start over. Not very good customer service.

I had a bad experience with the company and I can't understand the leadership's attitude. They were slow to need, the product was damaged when it arrived, the workman skipped the first day and was late the second day, no customer service. I got my money back and will shop elsewhere.

I would like to recommend Carpet One and Flooring in Mentor, Ohio. We compared different stores, and our final decision was Carpet One. We had an excellent salesperson. She went above and beyond to help us decide on different carpets, colors textures. We followed the rules of the warranty. Just as we were told. Carpet One stood behind their product and our carpet was showing wear for such a short period of time. We enquired and they put a claim through and last week we got our new replacement carpet installed. Their installers are all very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable individuals. Thank you so much. Carpet One.

I wanted to replace the nasty carpet in my bedrooms with the same beautiful flooring in my living/dining/kitchen. Rob, the most patient sales guy ever, was actually able to track it down under its new name! Luis and Elvis did a great installation job. And the zero interest for up to 3 years made it a no brainer! Just wish I had done it sooner!

Sam at Liberty Lake couldn’t have been more helpful. She guided me to different selections and helped pull my “look” together. I am so happy with how it turned out. Any questions were answered quick and professionally. I am so glad I went to Floor and Home.

On 8/25/23 my father had a toilet supply line pipe burst from the wall and it flooded his floors in almost all rooms of his home. After waiting three weeks for the adjuster to come out and assess the damages, after water mitigation was complete, we headed out to Carpet One because that is where his vinyl and carpet were originally purchased from. The adjuster based his damage costs at standard priced vinyl and standard carpet and pad replacement pricing. We finally received the detailed list from his insurance company and first check paid from the insurance claim. The amounts of estimate pricing sure seemed surprisingly low to us, even the depreciated values. (My dad has 100% current replacement cost mind you).

We took the room measurements, a piece of both the damaged carpet and damaged vinyl to Michelle (the nicest sales lady on the planet) for her to go over replacement estimated costs. Michelle came out to the house and remeasured the rooms to be sure the adjuster measured correctly. She immediately recognized how the adjuster had low balled my father for standard carpeting, pad and vinyl. She stated that these estimates were for materials generally put in low cost HUD apartment housing. My dad was at a loss for words how to handle this situation with the insurance company. Although he was grateful for the amount of claim monies already paid out to him, he surely did not want to call the adjuster and demand more money nor upset them.
Michelle then recommended we call our adjuster to explain that his original flooring was not standard in his home. My father is not one to demand or argue, but yet he wanted to replace flooring with exact same quality that was previously originally installed He asked Michelle if she would be willing to call his adjuster and explain why things needed to be upgraded from the original claim and payment. She very graciously agreed and told us more people need to stand up for their rights and not to just accept the first claim amount. The adjuster had Michelle fax a new estimate in which they reviewed and processed an additional amount of money to cover the equal quality costs for new flooring.

We (my dad and I) would like to express many many thanks to Michelle, our saleslady, Maggie, her supervisor and Diane, who set up ordering flooring and installation appointments. The flooring materials arrived within one week. The installation was set up a week later. Today (11/17/23) I had a chance to view the new flooring and I must admit, it looks beautiful! Julio was very very nice upon delivery of the flooring. The installers, Frankie and Louis did a remarkable job, completing the job in two long working days. This company is remarkable and I will never give my business to another company in Gainesville Florida.

I called Carpet One at Tulsa Hills in Tulsa, OK looking for grass carpet and said they could order it if I wanted them to. They suggested I use the store that was closest to me, which was at 65th & Garnett, to have it shipped to. I said I would go there to order it. I went to 65th & Garnett store and was told they didn't have it and could not get it. I asked why Tulsa Hills could get it but not the store at 65th & Garnett. They said they didn't carry it. Well I got upset with going in circles so I decided to go to Grigsbys Carpet instead to get it. Johnson Floor & Home Carpet One is to confusing to deal with. I think they need to hone the skills of their employees a little better so they are all on the same page.

I am very happy with Whitmore Carpet/Carpet One. The sales staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and the installation was perfect and completed in just half a day. I would use them again for certain.

My experience with Carpet One in Spartanburg , SC was fantastic. Peton greeted us in the store, helped us with the flooring we wanted. Came out thta day and did the measurements, and I had an estimate within 24 hours. Matthew and his team showed up right on scheduled time to lay flooring, him and his team were great, non-stop work with a beautiful results. I will definitely be using Carpet One in Spartanburg, SC again.

I recently had my entire townhome done by Empire Carpet & blinds on McMullen Creek in Charlotte
They did a great job of installing carpet & vinyl floors & the manager, Randy, also did our kitchen window treatment & bedroom blinds
He was very professional, honest & a lot of help
I would recommend them to everyone

Worst customer experience I have ever had. Paul Rhodes salesman. I asked for maple three times. He didn’t not show me anything close. I suggested he was not listening. He told me to leave and not come back. He said he would have me arrested if did try to go to any of their locations.

We love our carpet but the transition pieces for the foyer tile and carpet were forgotten and after calling a number of times it still is sitting not done. Very disappointed with the service.

The company was paid up front to install carpet back in the fall of 2022. They had canceled many times and caused a massive amount of rescheduling expenses and labor, placing a huge burden on myself, family, loved ones, and contractor.

Further, their employees (both administrative and installers) were extremely uncoordinated and did not pass along the instructions and paperwork we provided them. They constantly needed guidance and were not informed by their project directors on how to complete the job.

Many of their employees left and created a lot of online and legal drama, libel, slander, and other errors and omissions requiring us to take legal action.

They installed the carpet/floor poorly, ordered additional unnecessary materials, and refused to complete the job, repair the errors, or reimburse us for having to hire another installer to finish their work.

We used Ken at the Boatman location (Cypress, TX) and were very impressed with his knowledge of different materials as well as his willingness to find a way to work within our price range. Ken made the process so easy, answering all of our questions and being available with updates throughout the process. We were very impressed with how quickly they got the job done. The final product was absolutely gorgeous! We love our new floors and the fact that there wasn't as huge mess to clean up after the fact.

They are HORRIBLE I paid a lot more to do business locally that was a Mistake

I used carpetOne in Seymour, Indiana! They are GREAT! Any time I needed anything Miranda took care of it! The flooring is beautiful and the whole job was done without any real problems! I will use carpetOne again and I tell all my friends to use them

Doug was very poor at being honest and communicative. Price kept going up seem weekly. When the counter tops were installed they broke them and tried to hide it by gluing it. Doug's answer was you signed the contract. Do not buy from this person or this company.

I worked with Deana with Carpet One in Fort Walton Beach. My sellers townhome was under contract and new flooring needed to be put in uptairs. I initially called 3 flooring companies, 1 no showed, another one was thru the roof in price with Carpet One being the most reasonble. Deana was communicative, came out to the home on several occasions to see how everything was going and kept me and my seller in the loop daily. For people to show up is rare anymore so we were very pleased with Deana and Carpet One and I plan to refer them and to use them on my home.

We use your company at one of our location in Topeka , after install we tried to use it again ( also install was horrible and start peeling out - carpet), and they came took measurments and never heard back for couple of weeks , and I called several times , left several messages (Richard G Michel sales guy) , so I have to cancel and move with another company . Now he is sending me a restocking bill , even I never sign a contract . I will pay it but I want you to be sure that nobody will use your company after review in state of Kansas
