Absolutely chuffed with the results. Carpet smells so fresh and looks cleaner than when I had it laid.
The technician john was extremely polite and friendly and I could tell he takes so much pride in his work.
Will be definitely using again. Also the price was very good for such a professional job.

Refused to take responsibility for marks left
I’ve been a repeat customer of Carpet Bright but won’t use them again as I now know that they will not take responsibility if they make a mistake. I had my sofa cleaned (all fine with this) but unfortunately the technician stained the carpet in the communal stairwell while doing it. I raised this with Carpet Bright and expected it would be dealt with promptly and professionally. I was told the stain was there already and then the manager ‘offered to help’ by quoting for the cleaning of the stain. Not only is the company saying I am a lying about the stain (I am up and down the stairs several times a day so would know better and given it was such a large and obvious stain right next to the electrical outlet where the machine was plugged in, you would think that the technician would think to mention it if they’d seen before starting work so as to avoid a dispute) but they are also choosing to put a short term gain (i.e. the cost of carpet cleaning) over my potential continued repeat business. So in short, they might do a good job but if something goes wrong you will be left in lurch.

We want to clarify that our technician followed all standard procedures during the visit and noted that the mark in question was already present prior to starting the job. At no point during or after the clean was any damage caused by our equipment or technician. Nevertheless, in the spirit of goodwill, we offered to help by quoting for a clean of the communal area - not to dismiss your concern, but to provide a practical solution.
We absolutely do take responsibility when genuine mistakes occur, but in this case, we could not find any evidence that the mark was a result of our visit given our machine was on the ground floor. We're sorry that this situation has left you feeling unsatisfied and hope you can understand that we must base our decisions on the facts available.
We sincerely appreciate your past business and are always here if you’d like to discuss this further or reconsider in the future.

Awesome Alvin
Alvin came and cleaned my elderly mums carpet which had some rather nasty stains. He did an amazing job and came back to deal with a stubborn stain. Alvin is a very nice friendly guy and very professional. He even laughs at my jokes which is always a win for me 🤣 I would absolutely recommend Alvin and Carpet Bright. Great company and excellent after care.

Really happy with our carpet
Really happy with our carpet, they managed to remove some tough stains left by our tenant that the professional cleaners couldn’t get rid of. Dimitar was great.

Superb service from placing the booking to completing the service. Viktor was superb, efficient, and courteous. Even managed to get the deepest of stains removed from my 3 piece suite. Will definitely be back once I've made up my mind which next service I'll be requiring.

Rugs were returned smelling awful.
I spent a fortune cleaning 3 large wool rugs - they were returned to me smelling awful. I naively thought that this might be temporary as the rugs dried out a bit more maybe so I left it a while - but no - the awful smell persisted. I contacted them for help but they have in their T&Cs somewhere that you have to report problems within 7 days so they washed their hands of the problem saying the smell is nothing to do with them rather than offering to help. Classic case of not reading the small print. Now I have to get them cleaned all over again. There are so many rug cleaning companies out there - so just use one of the others and not this one.
