First, I should have read Car Part Planets reviews on BBB instead of relaying on Trustpilot.

I ordered a remanufactured transmission which only lasted a few weeks. The second transmission would not shift immediately. After two defective transmissions I asked for refund however, they stated they would not refund me. In addition, they have not paid the labor for either install which their warranty states they cover.

I ordered a transmission through another company that I received within a week and works as promised.

Response to Car Part Planets first comment: Most of their statement is false and I have recorded calls to support. After the original review, they offered to settle by offering to reimburse the original amount, only one of the warranty labor claims, and half of the core value. My attorney sent a certified letter which they have failed to respond to. My statement was "I could sell their transmissions as a core for more than what they were offering me to settle." I have the recording of Car Part Planet wanting me to wait on returning transmission until this was settled. I have ZERO intention of keeping/selling any of their shitty transmissions.

Response to Car Part Planets second comment: Even if you have yet to receive the response letter from my attorney, I have provided their number several times for your management to contact. If you guys cannot locate your recorded calls, I would be happy to provide again. It is in the best interest of everyone to settle this outside of the courtroom.

Your response to my review is bs. YOU dont have the engine I ordered. I dont have to accept anything I didnt order. That engine WILL fit my vehicle. My husband is a mechanic. Stop frauding people. If you dont have or cant give me what I paid for, then I deserve a full refund.

I ordered a used engine on January 31. On Feb 10th I get a phone call that they dont have the engine I ordered. I am told they are looking for a unit with similar mileage and price as the one I agreed to and paid for but they cant find one. They have one with 4x the miles and double the price. Of course I say no to that. I tell them if they dont have the one I paid for I want my money back. They then say I ordered the wrong part, even though I put in my vin number when ordering. That is just their excuse not to give me a full refund. Its not that I ordered the wrong part. They dont have the engine I paid for. They sent me a refund minus 10% cancelation charge. When THEY ARE THE ONES that canceled and breached the agreement by not having what I paid for and not sending me what I paid for. Be careful. They are dishonest and I am fighting for my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Stay away from this scammers all the reviews here is fake they sell defective and damaged products and after they claim it was the shop fault or whoever install it to deny your warranty stay away iam going file a law suit against them to get my money back stay away

I was checking reviews and my review was not there! At first writing a review it was there, now they removed it. My review was very BAD, they let me believe the motor would be replaced, but NO WAY!~!~!! They have more BAD reviews than good one,
