Complete rip off company

Complete rip off company. Ridiculous offer for my car about half what it’s worth even on a bad day.

Absolutely disgraceful.

Not pleased with their insulting offer

Not pleased with their ridiculous appraisal.
$250 for a car with 12months rego, 160,000km, full service history. Only issues are brake pads and air-conditioning compressor which is not a necessity. The car is easily worth $2000 on a bad day. I wouldn't recommend Carma.

Picture this

Picture this: Your favourite musical artist announces a concert in your town. Tickets sell out in minutes and you miss out. Very quickly, people start listing tickets for sale online at a huge mark-up. These people are called ticket scalpers, and there is call among the community for the government to impose stricter regulations on the on-selling of concert tickets at unethically inflated prices.

Carma do the same thing with cars.

A local dealer (Newcastle, NSW) quoted me around $43k for a new vehicle. This vehicle would have to be ordered from the factory and might take upwards of 12 months to arrive. Carma have the same brand new vehicle in stock, but are asking around $48k+. Is asking $5k+ higher than the MSRP legal? Definitely not very ethical - don't you earn enough through the included mark-up on the MSRP?

Awesome experience from start to finish

I am so incredibly pleased with the service Carma has provided. I could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish; navigating the website and picking my car was simple thanks to the great UX, customer service when finalising the purchase was thorough and easy, and delivery was smooth and convenient. Each step of the process was seamless, and now I have an awesome car! I'm aware it sounds like I'm overexaggerating but honestly, I could not be happier and would recommend Carma to anyone looking to purchase a car!

Best experience I ever had buying a…

Best experience I ever had buying a car. So easy and convenient. I got exactly what I wanted without any hassle. Test drive was easy arranged and every step on the way to get the car was done very professionally by Peter and the Carma team. It is a much better option than going to a usual used car dealership. I highly recommend Carma. Very professional & great customer Service!
