Carfound Arvostelua

Professional. Fast. Listened to our needs. Didn't waste our time with suggestions that we'd never consider. One of the best investments we've ever made. Magic!

Used Carfound for the first time and found them very impressive in sourcing the car in a competitive market. Mr Faisal was easy to deal with, which made the transaction smooth and pleasant.

Start to finish couldn’t have been easier. Finding the contact at the dealership and building that professional relationship shows how professional Faisal is. Being able to then match clients to the deals on offer at the dealership is another skill.

What I really liked about the process was the quick and efficient way in which it was completed with minimal hassle, but the manner in which all my questions were answered. I enjoyed the transparency of the process, all options and choices explained to me and a breakdown of the figures given to me to explain how it all works.

The only problem for Faisal at CarFound is going to be finding me an equally good or better deal in the next few months at Mercedes - but I’m confident he’ll pull it out the bag again!

Faisal was a pleasure to deal with and responsive to any questions, making the whole process easy and also securing myself a great deal. Would definitely recommend.

Great service. Communication was excellent and put me in direct contact with Audi dealership who got me the best deal. Would highly recommend Carfound.

Beat all the quotes I had found elsewhere. Great communication from start to finish. Can't wait to get my new car.

Brilliant service from start to finish! Direct contact with main dealer, best price in the UK as I had been looking for a long time. Couldn't recommend enough

Very reliable with great market intel. Very competitive rates

I was looking for a deal on an A4 Avant, Carfound beat all the quotes, and was quick to respond and professional.

Carfound are an exceptional service and nothing is ever too much for them. I have had the pleasure of working with them many times over the years including when my brand BMW was stolen and Faisal was able to negotiate a brand new car until my replacement vehicle arrived all at no additional cost.
As a working teacher, Faisal was able to obtain additional discounts for key workers with my BMW M440i grand coupe all to an extremely high specification whilst staying within my preferred budgets.
I will definitely be back in two years with Faisal to get my dream car as there is nobody else I would trust with this!

Excellent customer service and care. Very professional and works hard to get the right car for you. Really very happy- thank you

I came across Car found and I am so glad I did. After going back and forth with a number of companies I was left pretty confused and decided to delay my purchase. After speaking with Faisal I secured a BMW iX 6 months earlier than anywhere else that was advertised and at a much more competitive rate.

It was a super efficient and quick service. I have already recommended this company to three of my friends.

Carfound have been amazing to me. Found me a great deal on the perfect car, super contactable throughout the process and I felt really well supported. I now have a car I love and couldn’t be more grateful for the service I received!

Absolutely delighted with professional and unbiased service that I received in finding a car for me.
Extremely helpful and very grateful indeed. I would definitely recommend Carfound without any hesitation.

Carfound were really helpful in guiding me to the right car option - I've been thinking about getting a car for a couple of years but didn't know where to start and what option would be best from buying outright, finance, and used cars. Having a busy job (and not enjoying the car research process!) made this service invaluable for setting out different options. It was great to have trusted advice, without the pressure of a car salesman trying to push me into a specific deal!

A friend recommended me carfound as I was getting sick and tired of all of the faff buying a new car.

I had the pleasure of dealing with faisal, who was super responsive, gave me a clear rundown of what I needed to know so that I could make my own informed decisions, and was all round just a pretty nice bloke.

Buying in the past has been such a headache and I'm so glad I found out this service exists, and quite frankly it was worthwhile purely for the fact I didn't have to go near any car salesmen.

5 stars, would recommend to a friend. Big up carfound.

I know very little about cars (and so does my partner, unfortunately!) so I knew I wanted to get some professional advice when getting my first car. I saw an ad for carfound on insta and decided to get in touch. They were very prompt in getting back to me and guided me throughout the whole process. I am so so pleased with my new car and I wouldn't have found it if it wasn't for them - thanks!!

Great service from Carfound and very knowledgeable about cars (which I was not, turns out). Got a great deal that I wouldn't have got without Carfound and was guided through the many options related to the car itself ie warranty. Would recommend to any of my friends for a car purchase.

Great service! Faisal was incredibly knowledgeable and made the experience simple and transparent.

I highly recommend Carfound for their exceptional customer service. Despite my indecisiveness, they were patient and provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. They went above and beyond to ensure that I got the best deal possible. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would use Carfound again in the future.
