Carfound Arvostelua

With little time to do the hard work searching for a new car but with a clear idea of what I wanted, I reached to Faisal at Carfound to see if they could help. I have to say the end to end experience from first contact to purchase has been excellent. Very communicative, a great listener and someone who offered me best practice advice in terms of selling my existing car and the process of getting into a new one. I was looking for a white Kia EV9 which turned out to be as rare as hens teeth! Having said that, within 2-3 days, Faisal had come up with a couple of possibilities, one of which I went on to buy, achieving a great buy price through his work.

I can’t recommend Carfound enough, if like me you just don’t have the time to do all the research and outreach associated with buying a new car, they took the challenge on for a very reasonable fee, removed the hassle from my shoulders and delivered exactly what I was looking for in a process that was little more than 2 weeks end to end.

I can’t recommend Carfound highly enough. I reached out online and was called back within 2 hours. In less than 24 hours, Faisal and the team had found me a car to my exact specifications – something I had spent weeks searching for without success.

What impressed me most was that they truly work for the customer, not the car companies. They took time to understand my needs, secured the exact car I wanted, and negotiated a great price within my budget.

Before Carfound, I was losing sleep endlessly scrolling through the same cars online, hoping the right one would appear. They achieved in a day what I couldn’t do in weeks.

Faisal and his team made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and completely customer-focused. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for their next car.

The team at Carfound were brilliant. I was completely satisfied with the service from start to finish. The competence demonstrated, and the patience shown when my bank slowed things down were much appreciated.
11/10 will definitely use Carfound again.

Carfound offers a really excellent, and needed, service. I found myself in desperate need of a new car when my old car collapsed on me. I have no idea about, or real interest in, cars. However, I need to use one every day. Faisal listened carefully to my needs and made an excellent recommendation. He sourced a car for me from a Toyota dealership in Leeds and then organised the delivery for me to Hampshire. I am so grateful to him and highly recommend the service of Carfound.

I change cars infrequently. I don’t like the experience of getting rid of one car and buying another. I never know if I’m getting a good deal or not. Carfound changes all this. Faisal was fantastic. He walked me through the process and helped with car selection using the car configurator. I made an incredible saving buying a new Audi RS6 through a main Audi Dealership. So I have the support of a dealership should I need it. I highly recommend Faisal and Carfound.

Excellent knowledgeable service. Faizal negotiated the dealer down to our target price over a few days.

Faisal is a charming and very helpful man - guided me through the buying experience and was very helpful and Knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Faisal was really helpful in helping source my next car going through various options to lease and buy.
He found me a great deal on my car, at a much better price than I’d seen through my own searches.
Once we finalised the deal I was introduced to the dealership who took it from there. Since then Faisal has checked in a couple of times to make sure I’m happy with the deal and the dealer.

Great service, well worth the price.

Great Experience all round, Faisal managed to secure the cheapest Audi quote available! which could not be matched by any other dealer. Made the process of obtaining my first car a breeze will hopefully use Carfound again in the future.

A really simple process to obtain my next lease car at the cheapest rate. Really fast and friendly communication from Faisal and any questions answered quickly. Would highly recommend to others.

Faisal found the lease deal I was after cheaper than anywhere else, with a lower admin fee too. Excellent communication throughout, would happily recommend the service to friends & family.

Good communication and advice throughout the process.

Excellent service
Would highly recommend

Faisal found me a great price on a car lease and was very efficient in facilitating the set up of the finance agreement with the dealership.

Gave me the cheapest quote I could find myself on an Audi A4 Avant. My last Audi dealer couldn’t match it. Very helpful and patient in answering all my questions, would certainly check in here again next time I come to lease a new car.

Really great service. Faisal was excellence in helping find the perfect car and deal in line with our budget. Would highly recommend

Great customer focus with helpful tips throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend

Faisal got in touch with me to find out my needs and wants with regards to a new family car. With the specifications I had given him he gave me a list of options that he had sourced within a few hours. Within a week we had selected the chosen car with the finances approved. Even when there was a delivery delay he was able to source us an alternative within a couple of hours!

I highly recommend Carfound and works definitely use them again!
