Carfound Arvostelua

I honestly couldn’t recommend Faisal at Carfound more highly. He worked with me for nearly two months to find exactly the right Defender, and I was very particular about what I wanted!

He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and ridiculously persistent. We went through countless cars and combinations of spec, colour, mileage and price, and he never once tried to persuade me to compromise or settle for something that wasn’t quite right.

When we finally found the one, Faisal went to inspect it for me, dealt with the detail, helped negotiate and close the deal, and made sure I knew exactly what I was buying.

What I appreciated most was that it genuinely felt as though he cared about finding me the right car, not simply getting a deal done. And after two months of searching, he did exactly that, I now have my perfect Defender.

Brilliant service from beginning to end. Knowledgeable, tenacious, trustworthy and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you, Faisal!

Faisal worked his socks off over several weeks trying to meet my exacting needs to find the car I needed. His advice was excellent, and he showed lots of gentle patience and encouragement. It is wonderful to have someone knowledgeable handling all the tricky negotiations, and achieving the best deal possible. I thoroughly recommend this service.

We cannot speak more highly of Faisal and Carfound. We had a wonderful experience working with Carfound to find our new car. Faisal was incredible in helping us narrow our decision and found the perfect car for our family. He is professional, reliable and his communication and response time were excellent. We highly recommend his services.

Excellent service. Amazing value for money. Highly recommend!

Faisal is tremendous and I would now not ever buy a second hand car without him. He was so kind, thoughtful, patient and pleasant to deal with. And such a weight off to have his guidance through the minefield of second hand cars. He advocated for me strongly getting money off the price and complementary add-ons that far outstripped his fee. Cannot recommend highly enough.

An impeccable service from
Faisal at Carfound that is really hard to find these days. I recently passed my driving test and with two young children (and a non driving husband!), I did not know where to start in finding something that could work for me and my family. Faisal guided me seamlessly through the process taking away all the hassle and stress of finding a car and finding a set up that would genuinely fit in with my life and budget. His response times are exceptional, professional, courteous and helpful. He went above and beyond, helping me with every single query I had along the way (including being a sounding board when it came to sorting my insurance). Faisal’s knowledge of the industry and his ability to tailor this for his clients places him in a unique position, delivering a service that changed my life: I now have a car that I could not be happier with on a budget I can manage. His approachable, client focused service meant I had none of the hassle that I have seen my friends and family go through when buying a car. He also helped me navigate my way through all the paperwork, and possesses the rare art of following up with clients in a way that is always helpful. I really needed someone to manage this as with a full on job as a lawyer and two children under 5, dropping the ball on what I needed to do was a given. I would not hesitate to recommend Car Found and Faisal to others and will be returning for his help when the time comes for an upgrade! Thank you Carfound and Faisal.

Faisal is a legend, very good at what he does, I would be very happy to recommend him to anyone looking for a car

I’m new to the UK car market, and Carfound came in at exactly the right moment when I was looking for a car. From the very beginning, Faisal supported me throughout the process, was clear about every step, and completely transparent about all fees. I received regular updates, and when a potential car was found, the inspection Carfound carried out was extremely thorough.I highly recommend Carfound service if you want to avoid the hassle and find the right car.

Faisal was ideal. Within a day of submitting my interest he had reached out to me personally, and was able to pick out what I wanted in a car within a few examples. He then found me a car at pace, and stayed in touch with me until I had owned the car for a few days to ensure I was happy with everything. I couldn't recommend this service enough for anyone in the market for a new car.

An excellent experience with Faisal. Clear comms, good advice. Had my interests in mind and wasn’t pushy at all.

Faisal was patient with me. I was impatient. He persisted and was on the ball. He found the right car for me. My dream car. He offers a personal service and works hard. He won’t let you down. Well done and thank you Faisal.

Communicated clearly ;
Sourced a range of cars according to what we asked;
Found good reliable dealers- in our case for pre-sale checks and a Toyota warranty.
Faisal always responds thoughtfully to messages.
Carfound deserves its name.

Carfound were a really great help in our recent car purchase. From providing advice to finding options for us to look at, the service was excellent.

I used Carfound to find a pickup truck. I'm not particularly knowledgeable about cars and don't like going through the process of finding/selecting them - so I contacted Carfound. Faisal said he didn't usually do pickup trucks but he clearly did his research and quickly came back with a lot of good info. This all made the process of finding the truck much easier and less stressful.
However, I saw the real benefit of using Carfound when I took delivery of the truck and found that the dealer had not fully fixed the defects that Faisal had identified and negotiated to be rectified.
In the resulting dicussions it became clear that Faisal is a *great* guy to have on side and I was so glad I was not doing all that by myself. We ultimately managed to resolve the situation and I got my truck!
The other thing about dealing with Faisal was that it was a really _pleasant_ experience. He's a great guy and I enjoyed our chats! Kinda miss them tbh.
So, all in all, I can't recommend Carfound highly enough! You are in safe hands with Faisal.

I cannot recommend Faisal highly enough. Unlike other brokers I’ve dealt with, he is incredibly professional, calm, and never pushy. His deep knowledge of the current market, models, and available deals is unmatched; he was the only person to give me honest advice on which offers were actually worth my time. From finding the best deal to prepping the final documents, the entire process was seamless and incredibly fast. If you're new to car buying or don't understand the process, Faisal is the person to call

First time we’ve used a car broker and we’d wholeheartedly recommend Faisal/Carfound to others looking to buy a new car.

He saved us a significant amount of time, stress as well as money (multiples of his fee) helping us with our purchase.

What we really appreciated was Faisal’s knowledge of the market and expertise in negotiating and securing our dream car.

On top of that, he’s a lovely authentic guy, proactive with his comms and a pleasure to deal with.

We thoroughly recommend Faisal/Carfound to help navigate the whole car buying process, smoothly and efficiently.

Thanks Faisal!

Great service. Friendly, knowledgeable approachable and helped me choose and get the car I wanted

After weeks of trawling around car showrooms talking to salesman not interested in reducing the price of a car costing £20k+ for a cash purchase by even a £1! They were only interested in up selling every additional add on package they could to increase the overall price, and offering a useless 3 month warranty. (I checked the warranty company reviews on TrustPilot), so
I gave up looking for a while.
I then spoke to a friend who suggested hiring a Car Agent. Not familiar with the concept, I looked for reviews on and off TrustPilot and came across Carfound. They are FCA registered so I checked them out directly with the FCA.
I was contacted by Faisal from Carfound who understood the issues I had been experiencing. No hard sales, just sensible discussions. I gave a few different car options, including the "must have" requirements.
I looked at a couple of cars options sent to me, no pressure just good advice. A week later I bought a car from a main dealer with a reduced screen price, Manufacturers £££ contribution, 2 years warranty and 2 years servicing.
I didn't know Carfound or Faisal before starting on this journey, but it has worked out really well for me and I know how I would buy and who I would use when I change the car in a few years time.

I was despairing of finding a 2nd hand car as a first car for my son who's learning to drive. Faisal took all the pain and difficulty out of the process. Specifically by discussing with me what might be suitable and offering advice, being very clear on budget and other non-negotiables and then dealing with the various suppliers to only put in front of me what would be a good option. It saved me hours in terms of finding, researching and visiting dealers, and in particular the challenge of having to negotiate and barter with them - when I'm not an expert.. and was constantly feeling like there were hidden issues I wasn't being told about. The whole process, from the first time I spoke to him, to actually picking up the car, took less than 2 weeks. I would totally recommend this service for anyone who finds buying cars a minefield... Faisal was responsive, really easy to talk to, made sure to think of and share all of the pros and cons of any decision. It was well worth the money to remove the mental burden!

Faisal was so helpful when I was looking to lease a car! So knowledgable and no question was ever too much. His response times were quick and always got to the bottom of any queries I had. Would highly recommend Faisal - I’ll for sure be going back to him once my current lease is up!
