Hi,
Please note I have booked the Ride to Deira from Emirates Grand Hotel Car# L83561 driver name Jamshaid Mumtaz Hussain . The total bill is AED 89 I gave him USD 100 he took all and didn't return any refund. The worst part is that there is no direct call center who can register my complaint.
Kindly look into it & arrange necessary refund

The standard has completely dropped off over the past year. Late deliveries, rude attitudes from some drivers, poor customer service and always the same scripted responses, grouping orders in with other people's ones so that you have to wait even longer to receive your order. Making a complaint doesn't make a difference. I'll be cancelling my membership and switching to another app.

Zero stars is more accurate.
Two drivers failed to pick me up while both of them were near and there was no traffic. 30 minutes each driver without answering my calls and messages. One hour delay in picking me up despite there was no traffic. The customer support told me that since I got my money back the issue was resolved. The first driver was AWOL after 30 minutes the second driver had the nerve after 28 minutes to tell me to wait another 15 minutes to pick me up (he was supposedly 3 minutes away when he was assigned the ride).
If you want to actually go somewhere, then by all means do not use careem. I am deleting the app as this is not the first time I had drivers not showing up. They must have done something horrible to their "captains" as they were not as terrible in the previous years.

I have worst experience with careem hala taxi. Hala Taxi driver cancelled my ride.I booked the ride three times and all my booking got cancelled and three times three different charges deducted. Yet issue is not resolved and I did not get any refund. Never use careem hala taxi ever again.

What happened to Careem app??? The app was updated and now it is a disaster. Every Monday to Friday, i have issue with school rides. And I am Not even exaggerating. But it is worst. Today, i cannot book a school ride however normal ride is working which means i need to book it and pay!!! So what is the point of registering to School rides??? . And the call centre which says we are priority customer cannot even assist but only to say sorry. THERE IS NO RESOLUTION FOR ALL THE ISSUES I HAVE WITH CAREEM RIDES. It is very stressful, every day and how can i finish my school rides if the app is not allowing me to book. Please fix your app and rules. You used to be soo good.

I sent money to abroad and a had worst experience,more than 3 days now 72hrs already completed until now transaction not yet completed and customer care agents one of the stupid agents are saying end of the day it will resolved, but still even manager don't call me and now no one is responding to me 😡

If I could give CAREEM customer service a lower rating I would. Useless team, paid for + service and they mess up every order I place, I don’t get free delivery as advertised and then when I try to resolve it with them, they say they can’t refund the advance payment of 49AED

Hours and then the food won’t be delivered, costumer service don’t do the job properly, Captian’s horrific, it’s a nightmare ordering from Careem lately, literally a nightmare !

I’ve used Careem several times, mainly during busy hours. The app is generally easy to navigate, but sometimes it glitches or freezes when trying to book a ride. Cars don’t always arrive on time, especially during peak traffic, and once I had a long wait without a clear update from the driver. Prices can spike unpredictably, and surge rates feel excessive. Drivers are usually polite, but not always. It’s convenient compared to public transport, but the inconsistencies make the experience frustrating at times

I don’t know what happened to Careem during the last 3 months but it only got worse. Food always get delivered late. Yesterday I got my food delivered 46 mins after pick up, my place is 12 mins away. They basically coupled my order with another order, my food ended up getting ice cold; when I raised a complaint, they responded with “your feedback is received, we’ll inform the restaurant ….”. It has nothing to do with the restaurant! Today, I ordered knee support item from Quik, size was small so it felt tight. I asked for size change, they replied by saying once item is delivered, it’s not returnable. I’m not asking to return half eaten watermelon brother

Careem used to be excellent however they have become a joke, use Bolt or Uber instead, deserve a -5 rating. Pathetic

Careem captains make you wait 25-30 mins and then asked me where do you need to go and If u refused to reply to then they cancel but even if u reply and thats not the place they want to go, they cancel. Careem guys are really very very unprofessional service app. I have been struggling booking on the app since 1 hour with so many drivers accepting and cancelling booking and there is absolutely no action and support from Careem. They dont deserve to be serving in country like UAE

The service is incredibly bad. The app is designed so you can’t continue with the same complaint and make it a hassle for them to resolve the issue. I had drivers act like they picked me up, making me unable to order another one after making me wait 20 mins. Drivers making me go to other locations and canceling, and no support from the company. Disrespectful.

I ordered food from bait Al khetyar by mistake, bcz Iam the first user in app. For cancelling this order I called to careem customer support. They connected I waited until 20 minutes for agent support. Finally call cut . After I found the option for cancel the food and did it. Then chat with careem support for refund . They told me they can't refund. I requested if not refund the money, you can deliver my food. They respond again and again only the same the can't refund. My money stuck in this.
This is my bad experience. So Iam leaving from this app. I will not suggest this for anyone.
Please refund my money or do the needful.

Very disappointing experience with Careem. We purchased a Nintendo device on October 4 and received a used, unsealed, substandard version without a manual, receipt, or warranty.
We contacted customer service several times by chat and phone, but after more than a week, no action was taken — only replies saying “management is reviewing.”
No refund, no collection, no proper support.
Extremely poor customer service and lack of responsibility.
We have raised this case to the Consumer Protection Department in the UAE, and we are confident they will resolve it fairly.

It's just a terrible service! I will keep silent about taxi drivers who always choose the longest route!

Today I ordered food, I waited more than 1.5 hours, how can I get a message from the courier with a photo of the package and a notification from the application that the order has been delivered! But there is neither my order nor the courier!!! Support is silent! The courier doesn't respond to messages and doesn't pick up the phone! Where is my order and where is my money?!!

I have a careem plus and priority support has been nothing but a headache since last week. I have been asking for my refund + overpayment for my ride. I had to reopened and submit new ticket simply because the support team is closing my tickets without giving any resolution. The worst part is I got nothing but an automated response that they will close my tickets!! Up until now I am not getting any support! I wanted to attached all the screenshots here if I can!
