Recently used post office to send two parcels one to abroad and one inland.
As I used to trust the post office, I didn't keep the recept.
However both parcels did not arrive despite two months has passed. Asked the post office stuff what delivery company they use and to my horror they said the post office uses the notorious Evri for delivery.

No wonder both of my parcels did not arrive. Disgusted
When I told the stuff about EVRI extremely poor services they said they cant decide but higher up in the post office management decide and surely they are aware of Evri poor service but they use it to make money.
I am disgusted. Shall not use post office for sending parcel anymore.

Absolutely appalling, got it delivered at the office apparently it arrived but the office worker decided to not go to work today and just didn’t show up without telling anyone now I have to wait till Monday to get it. Sort your selves out

I asked cash out £6 in change pardon I got again I went cash out £6 in change. Then he started to talk down to me so you want I went I've already asked. Now I want isn't asking. Especially as I've dealt with this guy before gave me a £5 note previously didn't understand about change. Didn't ask me. Pound coins that is change. There used to be a tall guy not sure if he is still works there he had to deal with it. I was in previously but I had to go back as there was only one person on. Previously I was in, there was an Asian female that had been in the back with a baby that had a tin with a old fashioned manual tin opener that aren't very good anyway. She was wearing pj's.

Now I know a recepit is mandorty as I used to work in Banking. So I also know that this guy shouldn't be dealing with any customers at all. Not sure if the tall guy is still working there he was a lot better. He was really nice.

Horrible management at post office on Shardlow Road, Derby so far! For example, they are in partnership with Evri and they've got very clear blue signs saying: "Send - RECEIVE - Return"!
But, if your name is not English they refuse any parcel on your name, they don't accept it. Discrimination!
I've never seen any condition (subscription, membership etc) to have the right to receive a parcel there.
Nasty management!

Post office got my parcel lost or delayed again?
At 8:58, April 10, 2026, I handed over my parcel to be sent to London, by second class, but up to now still not arrive yet! Years ago, Post office got my keys lost which incurred a big penalty to my friends, and we got nothing to compensate. Happened again?

I had returned goods back in February a lot of things they was a gentleman they that served me i no what he looks like he refused to give me receipt and said they don’t for Amazon I said this the first he said they never do well now the goods haven’t gone back I been charged I will take this further this man should not be working in the industry he lied to me plus I lost money I been charged again for it if you need information about the person happy to help if needed

No stars! Absolutely appalling behaviour towards customers. The male postmaster exceedingly rude when I pointed out his honest mistake. The problem was he never even apologised and every time I went in he kept bringing it up and patronizing me. I will never go back again.

Aviemore postoffice is terrible and unprofessional services.

What is happening to our postal service? Why is it taking so long for letters to be delivered? This is not a service, it’s a lottery! ……. A Postcode Lottery! A once revered service is now on its knees!

I am still waiting over 1 month for my certificate that was purchased from Lambeth Council. Paid £9.00 to have delivered to my address…
There’s no tracking number available and no one to talk to about why it’s taking so long. This certificate is needed urgently and postage service is not acceptable.

Enjoyed going to the post office at Dereham Norfolk today, as we have no post office in Thetford. Very helpful assistant who helped my mother out filling in forms ect, her name was Wendy, the other lady serving was called Hayley, as she was very helpful & cheerful too.
I wish everyone in every shop was as helpful as them two girls, keep it up, was like a breath of fresh air today.

There staff lie to get out of doing any work

Sunderland city centre postoffice is absolutely diabolical ques out the door 3 on. The counter The manger and her son need to get this sorted out down to Greed and wages.

AVOID. Do not trust your money to these clowns. I opened an account online and my money I transferred didn’t appear in the account! I called “customer services “ they were worse than useless. Emailed the CEO Neil Brocklehurst, two weeks so far no reply.
Nobody is interested in helping you.
PLEASE do not go anywhere near this organisation you will regret it.

Dropped a repair parcel for Amazon…was told I didn’t need receipt as it would go onto my Amazon account…not sent to Amazon!!!!’ The item did not work so good luck to anyone who received it

They are getting worse by the week. This time parcel left on doorstep for all to see. When they can be bothered to use the letterbox it sounds like artemis II has arrived, or package is crammed through or left hanging out of the letterbox. What service???????? A total disgrace......

I regularly visit this post office and always have a positive experience. The customer service is consistently excellent — the team are friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with.

In particular, Abs and Raye stand out. They’re always polite, approachable, and take the time to make sure everything is handled properly. It makes a real difference knowing you’ll be dealt with efficiently and with respect every time you come in.

Definitely a reliable and welcoming place to go.

Having used Guisborough Post Office for many years I can say that the staff at the said counters are a credit to the service. They are always very helpful, pleasant and well informed. The atmosphere is one of friendly efficiency and professionalism.
I have a number of friends who travel to the Guisborough Westgate branch because of unhelpful or rude staff at their own local post office.
Well done to Guisborough Westgate and keep smiling.
