Care Club Arvostelua 

Had a boiler service done by Adam today, who had come out the previous month to repair my boiler. Very professional and friendly. There were no concerns with the boiler overall. Over the phone I asked for Adam from here on out if possible. There was something to do with the timer on the boiler, which they’re currently looking into

Polite and skill full engineer and apparently done an excellent job

The job was completed in a timely way, the engineer was a strong communicator. There were no issues whatsoever.

My engineer was brilliant he put in some new parts and the boiler still didn't work.He didn't give up he checked everything then had to go home but came back the next day and got it going thank you. Ps can I just give a big thank you to the other engineer for sorting my radiator out cheers

Amazing experience from 1st call, appointment time given was respectful of my health condition. Plumber called giving an hours notice of their arrival. Plumber was amazing literally no joke had it fixed in 5 minutes! Cant priase plumber or the admin team enough. Highly recommend!!

Good efficient service

Man came on time, I had between 12/5pm visit, came at 12.10pm, introduced himself, was polite. He went upstairs checked my boiler system, and checked radiators for air, air in one upstairs, put right, checked downstairs, all fine, polite on leaving,

The engineer was very professional and personable. He clearly understood the visit protocol and I was very reassured by the approach. He worked systematically and productively, with full regard to health and safety.

Booking appointment was straightforward. Given 4-hour window. Plumber arrived within that window having rung me 20 minutes before he arrived. Plumber fixed the problem.

I was seriously worried about the qualification of the person who came out, he didn't seem to be able to diagnose the problem. Repair started 28 September but not completed till 14 October. When he got here on the 14 he kept having to get on his phone to someone else for instructions. At the end he stated that our boiler was put in on 2017 we lived here by then and I can assure you that no way was this a new boiler, not even when we moved in.

Engineer booked for annual boiler service. Arrived exactly as advised. All totally satisfactory and very much appreciated the advice given.
