Excellent service,
Serviced boiler,
Very polite and caring engineer,

Waited in from 8am to 12 noon for engineer to arrive. One minute past 12 noon 2 youngsters arrived by car and proceeded to start a boiler service. One of them took the cover off the boiler, looked at it and put the cover back on without touching anything. I asked about cleaning the condense trap and he said it did not need doing! Stuck a probe in the exhaust pipe and took a reading - job complete.
His fellow engineer, a young girl, checked one of the motorised valves that was faulty and said it needed replacing. I thought thank god that I am with Care Club as an identical valve had been replaced last year free of charge as I was covered for 'all parts and labour'. Imagine my surprise when the Care Club this time responded that I was not covered and quoted me £136 to do the job! They referred me to the small print in the Terms & Conditions which stated they only covered repairs to parts and only covered 1 hour of labour (not what they advertised). Next day, to add insult to injury, I got an e-mail stating that next month they would automatically renew my Care Club membership at an increase of £70. I phoned and cancelled my membership completely.

Very happy with the whole experience. Job was completed quickly and efficiently. Customer Care were friendly and polite in booking the job and the plumber was also friendly and efficient. We were notified of his arrival when he was 15 mins away.

I would urge anyone to avoid signing a direct debit agreement with this company.I did so in February of this year for an agreement that I'd agreed was to start in April. The "Care Club" started to debit my account in February instead. After I cancelled the direct debit within the legal cooling off period, the company began calling me at home to harass me about making payments. Then they started to send me letters, threatening that they would send bailiffs to my house to redeem the money they said I owed them. I had to resort to sending them registered letters with the documents proving I had acted legally. Even after that, I still received a letter threatening bailiff's action.

The "Care Club", what's in a name I wonder? The only thing this company cares about is playing fast and loose with the law to deprive vulnerable people of their money; and the only way it is a "club" is in the sense of a blunt instrument for threatening and bludgeoning people.

Excellent service and good value
I had two engineers come to the property today one for a drippy toilet and a boiler service. I would honestly say they did very excellent job both arrived within there time slots both of them seemed very friendly and professional didn't leave any mess the only thing that I'm a bit confused by but it's not a big deal I only got a text message for the toilet repair but no reminder for the gas service wasn't a problem because he still turned up but it would have been just nice to make sure that he was on his way.

The engineer (Phil) is extremely efficient and also friendly to have in one's home.....important when one lives alone. He did the job thoroughly and efficiently and knew exactly from my description where there was a problem.
He arrived exactly on time as promised.

Guy that came friendly and got the job done no fuss.

Follow up e mails and phone calls completed.
My Care Club service plan is worth every penny.

My boiler was serviced by the engineer today. He was on time and completed all the checks very efficiently and explained how the boiler was performing. He made sure it was working well and gave recommendations for the future boiler as this one has lasted very well for many years and i was pleased it still performs well with annual service.

Good service and excellent communication both before work undertaken and after. Pleased with response to my initial phone call.

Booking the job was simple and quick. The two engineers arrived on time. They completed the work thoroughly. They demonstrated exemplary professionalism in ensuring the heating system was working effectively.

The engineer arrived on time as arranged. He completed the job in good time. He was a very pleasant gentleman and I commend him for putting this older woman at ease.

Had a boiler service done by Adam today, who had come out the previous month to repair my boiler. Very professional and friendly. There were no concerns with the boiler overall. Over the phone I asked for Adam from here on out if possible. There was something to do with the timer on the boiler, which they’re currently looking into

The job was completed in a timely way, the engineer was a strong communicator. There were no issues whatsoever.

My engineer was brilliant he put in some new parts and the boiler still didn't work.He didn't give up he checked everything then had to go home but came back the next day and got it going thank you. Ps can I just give a big thank you to the other engineer for sorting my radiator out cheers
