Our approach to roasting comes from our appreciation of the culinary experience, starting with the basics: delicious ingredients, well prepared, presented beautifully. Excellent! The bag arrived with a hole at the bottom, most likely caused during transit with Royal Mail.
Although I don’t usually like to complain, I emailed the company about the issue and was pleasantly surprised by their response. They sent me a replacement bag straight away!

you give the bags to a dispatch company
they deliver the beans to my house
And all that happened within a few days
