Great service & products
I ordered a few styles in different sizes & colours over 3 orders to choose to wear for my daughters wedding in August. The process was seamless and fast. In the end I selected 'Portia Ice' & ordered the bag to match. The option to use their returns portal for those I wasn't keeping was easy & appreciated. Royal Mail collected them and the refunds appeared on my statement within 3 working days. I would not hesitate to use their service in the future should the occasion arise.

The personal touch
The personal touch ! I was struggling to find shoes for my daughter's wedding I needed to be reassured re colour of shoe before purchase. It was easy to contact via email, I had a reply very quickly which I followed up with a call and I spoke to a very helpful lady called Diana who also helped me with a matching handbag !
