So I ordered my shoes like 3 weeks ago with in the first week all the socials went blank and i genuinely thought I got scammed but they have arrived today, it’s gutting the website is down because i would off ordered alot more box come fresh to ! Happy with them

I ordered a coat on December 24, 2025. I got a bit worried when I noticed the website had disappeared and a few people left negative reviews. For nearly 4 weeks, Royal Mail's tracking said they were expecting my parcel, but the coat turned up today and the quality is 10/10. It was worth the wait. I'm gutted the website has disappeared as I would have 💯 ordered something else.

ordered a pair of dior b30s on the 4th january, now it’s the 17th and they are no where to be seen… can’t track the order anymore as i can’t even find the website, absolute scam

i ordered a pair of shoes spend around £200 and it has just been saying the sender has sent it since december 25th

Ordered £200 shoes on 01/01/2026 nothing, said royal mail are expecting it for over 8days now and website and socials all deleted! So angry.

Shoes still haven’t been delivered ordered on dec 25 it’s now January 12th and there is no way to contact them

Ordered in December still no shoes, been given a tracking number but doesn’t show Royal Mail receiving the items. Spent around 200£ and all there socials and website have disappeared

If i could give zero stars I would. I just checked this morning and the website is still down. In fact, the store is non existent on the shop app. They tell their buyers that tracking is unavailable for the first week and later create a fake UsPs label that never moves/tracks.

Nothing to dislike just I ordered some black cats and immediately after seems ur websites down and won’t work on shop ether

Bought a tracksuit and some shoes verry good quality definitely recommend the wait time is good but I bought mine during Christmas and stayed longer but it’s verry good ❤️

No order received, customer services are shocking. So unhelpful and rude. No replacement offered, no refund offered.

Second time buying and the quality is soo good the wait for it was worth it
