I do like the Canny collar but my dog does easily get it off or it slides off his nose am I doing something wrong

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. We had a delivery issue - the team went over and above to help. The Canny Collar is excellent quality and works well. I have tried a lot of anti-pulling harnesses and halter collars and specifically looked for one that does up behind the head. The Canny Collar suits us perfectly.

Service was excellent, fast delivery, would definitely recommend. The collar is life changing. I haven’t been dragged downhill since I’ve had it. My boy now walks at heel nicely every walk, great product!

Amazing
Fantastic collar for our 6month old German shepherd pup . Pulling has completely stopped in just under a week . We love our walks together now we walk together not her walking me !! I also like how this collar goes behind her head not at the side of the nose like other brands as it was more of distraction for her to chew. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Canny Collar for my Boxer
Been using the Canny Collar for a number of years. It is the only Collar that will stop my Boxer pulling when the strap is fixed across her nose. As she finds it uncomfortable she actually stopped pulling and we use the Collar without applying the nose strap. We replaced the clips as they do wear off but they are not expensive.

Thanks for your reply. I had measured the neck as suggested with your stats & now as you said up under ears is about 53cm. Bella is 10 months old 2day & a Golden Retriever & still more growing to do which was reason with your measurements I thought that would be better. I can't afford a 2nd smaller one so will have to continue to use my old K9 bridle till Bella grows into this one. I wanted to show it at dog obedience club as well to see if others would like one but will do it later. It is great otherwise

Thank you for your kind review. I looked back at your order and you ordered a size 6 which sounds quite large for a relatively young dog. In order for the collar to be effective it has to be a snug fit. If you think you may have a collar that is too large please email me at siobhan@cannyco.com and we can rectify that situation.

but take the measurement up under the ears and ensure that it is snug. Don't hesitate to contact us if we can be of any assistance. All the best!

We need to return the collar as we ordered the incorrect size and it was no problem for them to have it returned and replaced which was very quick thank you so much for the service. Great collar

The problem you are describing sound like the collar is too big for the dog and the collar will only be effective if it is fit quite snuggly. Best Collar I've Ever Seen
I was so grateful for the excellent customer service that was shown by Siobhan when she realised I had ordered an incorrectly sized leash and collar prior to shipping.
I received both items within 2 business days.
The collar was simple to put on my dog and it works amazingly! It is an absolute dream to walk him now! He learnt extremely quickly not to pull and he can feel the boundaries of the leash and collar. 10 years of bad walking behaviour was corrected in 30 minutes! Worth the money and I wish I had of bought it sooner!

These are absolutely amazing and much easier to work with than the figure 8 style. Very good quality and my GSD picked up on not pulling within minutes. Awesome to switch between on and off. Could not recommend enough. I can't wait to see the outcome with a few weeks of use. Don't sleep on these - gamechanger!

Canny Collar stops pulling
Prompt dispatch of item after purchase. Provision of instructions on how to use item. Canny Collar has addressed my German Shepherd puppy (6 months) pulling while walking and enabled me to enjoy more walking my dog who will only get bigger and stronger.

the product does help out 2 year-old…
the product does help out 2 year-old boxer stop pulling and she seems to be getting used to it.
WE need to add rubber bands to the straps to stop them slipping though and ensure it says on her nose.
