I do like the Canny collar but my dog does easily get it off or it slides off his nose am I doing something wrong

The service was excellent
The service was excellent, the collar was received within 4 days of purchase. I am delighted with the result which was exactly as promised. A very enthusiastic, 16mth old Golden Retriever, was self correcting himself after only 5mins! We now enjoy our walks together. Thank you.

We have not received the collar we ordered.
Did it go missing?
The guys at Canny were onto this quicker than you can imagine and I now have my Canny Collar. There was never any question about how good these collars are. There is nothing in the market that compares. Great product and great price.

After service was excellent
After service was excellent. Tony followed up with me not just once but three times, even after missed calls from each other. He Explained how to get the most out of the collar and gave me usefully dog tips I have already implemented. Between your collar and Tony's tips my dogs are so much easier to walk and be around. I could not thank Canny collar enough.

The collar was as described and beautiful colour. The product was delivered in a good time frame. i did need to return the product as I had ordered the wrong size and the Company was really great.

Canny collar better than slip lead as buckled collar keeps dog tethered when loop slips off nose. Canny sent the collar in fast time and was very reasonably priced considering it's the best collar on the market.

Easy to use website and products are well priced
Easy to use website with relevant information and products are well priced. When I asked for advice, the response was prompt and informative. We have been using Canny collars and leashes effectively for a few years.

The Cannyco collar I bought was a game…
The Cannyco collar I bought was a game changer,before this i found it hard to enjoy our beach time, just too hard. I have a Rotti and a Rotti X, both young, until I bought the collar I really struggled to walk either. From day 1 the collar made a huge difference, after day 5 I can now take the nose band off after a couple of minutes and walk them freely. Healing when asked. Just loving and respecting our time together. Which for me is all I wanted at my age, almost 60. Thanks so much Cannyco for your help and to my friend who recommended you too me.
I love time with my dogs and this collar has made that doable without issues. I can't thank you enough

Great all over purchase experience
Great delivery time, purchased item was as described & Sizing instructions worked well. The Canny Collar also works great on my Border Collie.
