I do like the Canny collar but my dog does easily get it off or it slides off his nose am I doing something wrong

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. I was unsure of the size I got but I had a lovely gentleman get in touch and explain things to me. He went above and beyond and reassured me I had the right size. Collar works well, my boy walked better with this collar than the halti I had him wearing. Honestly, even if I wasn't happy with the collar (which I am To be clear) I absolutely cannot fault the service. Thank you

The best collar ever for big dogs
This company makes the best collars for walking big dogs. We have a lab/kelpie cross who is very strong and would almost rip my arm out of the socket but with the canny collar that doesn’t happen. We have been using the canny collar for years and I’ve recently ordered one for my daughter because she said her dog is so strong she can’t walk her. I highly recommend this collar for people with big dogs.

A bit disappointed
I was looking forward to receiving this product.
It works ok, but the plastic piece, under the mouth, does not hold firm enough. I have reverted to my old K9 bridle

The best head collar I've bought!
Absolutely the best head collar we've had. My dog hasn't been keen on anything we've tried so far, and we've tried a lot! There hasn't been any signs of discomfort or distress with this collar. No face rubbing or shaking her head. She walks naturally and confidently as though she has nothing on her face. The video was very helpful in getting us started as it does look different to other styles of head collars. It's actually really easy to put on and take off and very good quality. Well worth the money and one of the best dog walking items I've bought.

CANNY DOG COLLAR
I received my order of a dog collar that was too bit, so ordered a smaller one. Then I received a phone call to discuss and ended up purchasing an even smaller collar. This is the perfect fit for my Border Collie and works really well.

I ordered the wrong size collar and sent an email asking how to send it back to swap, Tony rang me within minutes and spoke to me about the right size, he then sent out a new one straight away! Excellent service! Best ive ever received to be honest.

Colossus Collar
The Colossus Collar was exactly as I ordered and it arrived within a couple of days. The collar is twice the size as the other collars, which is perfect for my oversized Chocolate Labradors neck.

Thank you for your review. It does sound to me like the collar that you have is too big for your dog. In order for the Canny Collar to be effective it has to be a snug fit.
