great service received in exchanging the collar for a smaller size but unfortunately my standard poodle kept pulling the muzzle off with her paw still.A great idea just not for us so requested a refund which wasn’t a problem at all.

This has been the only thing to help our psycho cattle dog be able to walk normally without pulling us the entire way. It came quickly and was easy to put on her - just make sure they can’t slip out the collar (learnt that the hard way). Definitely recommend as she now can do Parkrun with hundreds of people around with no problem!

The halti collar has changed our life! Our dogs have adapted quickly to wearing them and can enjoy going on walks again with no pulling

Lead was easy to find. Description was accurate. Postage was reasonable and prompt. The lead itself is very good. I have now used it several times with my dog and found it gives him a measure of freedom in open spaces while I can feel secure that he is safe.

This has been fantastic for both of our dogs. They are much calmer waking though they are not keen! It is gentle on their noses unless they pul….they quickly learned not to!

My package arrived quickly and the quality of the product is good. Once the boy is properly grown into the collar I think it'll be a real asset to his training. Its been hard to find a decent neck halti instead of a face halti but I'm happy with this one

My little dog. Jack Russell dragged me down the street I even fell over because he moves from side to side and fell over his lead now with the canny collar he walks beside me it is truly amazing

Nothing works as well as a Canny Collar. We have used them training both our previous golden retriever and our new boy. Simple once you get the knack to put them on, doesn't hurt the dogs, and saves visits by us to the chiropractor.

This is our second purchase from canny and once your dog gets use to it it makes for easy non pulling walks. The holter and lead arrived in a couple of days and the quality of the upgraded clip on the lead was a good thing. Will purchase again when our dog out grows this one as he's only 5 months old.

I have tried out several no pull collars and I have to say the Canny Collar is by far the best in terms of quality and function. My Houdini Hound has worked out how to outsmart all the no pull collars I've tried, except this one! She is safe, secure and walking without pulling. I also like the way it secures at the back so it's not pulling her head around or putting any pressure on the neck. I have also purchased the recall lead and both products are of truly excellent quality. Plus the customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend

After 4 months of rescue German Shepherd pulling me left & right, charging dogs I finally had a heeled dog walk yesterday. Hoping it continues.
Biggest problem was getting the nose halter on. You should accentuate that nose halter is activated by pulling cord BETWEEN orange gauge. Well I hope that’s right! Took lots of fiddling between two of us to get it to stay.
