Well i went to the mkenzee store today excited it openes at 9am,only to find the store manager did not show up for her opening shift. Very dissapointed as this my #1 store. This is not the first time this mansger has not showed up for opening shift. I do not know how you put someone in charge who is clearly not repersenting your store in s good manner. The two gentlemen with beards are my favroite very noligable polite and always at work!!

Regarding Saskatchewan's Regional Manager, Justin Flori is unlikely to assist you with your cannabis-related questions. The district manager, Kimberly, is based in Manitoba and tends to treat store management and employees harshly. The corporation's primary focus is on selling products, even if they have been recalled or are outdated, as they prioritize profits for their shareholders. The corporation is High Tided Inc. and is located in Calgary Alberta.

It's not the staff's fault that you're experiencing poor service; it results from the corporation's misguided policies and insufficient training on customer service.

When a company prioritizes profit over quality, you'll never receive the appropriate service you need.

The visit to Highway 8 at Fiesta Mall was disappointing. I decided to give it a try since it was closer than my usual store, but the staff lacked knowledge about their products and couldn't answer simple questions. Their recommendations were unsatisfactory, and the products seemed outdated and of only mediocre quality. Moreover, the advertised deals required a $35 membership fee. It was a complete waste of time. I'll return to my regular store, where the prices and advice are superior.

Highly recommend the Beaumont location! Great staff that actually know about the products and have amazing customer service experience given you have social patience.

The first and last time that I went to the store in Gasoline Alley, RedDeer,AB was also the last time I went to Canna Cabana. I went in asked a question and was told to leave. The reason why, my kids were with me and couldn't provide ID to prove they were of age to be in the store. I tried to argue my point that they weren't purchasing. He said he didn't care that If I wanted to stay they would have to wait outside. He wasn't just belligerent, he was an outright as*h*le. I will never go back.

Terribly run company, treat their employees like crap, treat their customers even worse. Sell your data, lie to you, lie about policy and agco rules to trick the customer and get their way. They also have illegal inducement deals with corporate LPs. Crappy security that’s there to harass the customer not protect their employees. I could go on and on and on. This company isn’t going to succeed in the cannabis space, their executives are delusional morons.

Went in and was told I needed some ‘premium membership’ to purchase products. Never going there again. Also they sell your contact information. I noticed several spam calls beginning when I registered my phone number with them to get their ‘deals’. Additionally their customer service representatives know very little about the product or aren’t consumers themselves. Unable to answer any questions and treat their jobs like a novelty.

Things have really improved with a functioning menu that responds quickly. I'd still call ahead and place a phone order as the stock is either said to be sold out when in stock or vice versa. Also the Pay In Store option doesn't work and I personally won't pay for a product that may or may not even be in store.

Calgary The store at 20 Crowfoot Crescent NW has a very rude gay clerk. I made a comment and the rude clerk demand I leave. This clerk is bald with a beard. Avoid this location.

My online experience with Canna Cabana is nothing but a nightmare. This company takes your money but doesn't send you the goods. Their system is so bad it charges the client, sends the request to the courier but doesn't send it to the store. After two days of trying to get my order and finally requesting a refund they CHARGED my account. I'm now informed it will take a day or two to refund my money.

They want you to give them $35 to join some membership just so you can buy certain products. Absolutely ridiculous. If you don't pay it then you are limited to what you can buy.

I bought a vile of extract and when I opened it I was so disappointed that it was all leaked out in the bag. I didn't take my receipt because I have an account, and thought that my transaction was on record. But they set up their system to screw people over who don't take their receipt.

Lowest prices, not at all. Price matches, only if store is 5 k away. Told prices in all stores the same. Not even close. Product is 6 dollars different in .most locations. Will update with Produce prices from different stores shortly

My last negative experience was not the first one but this time we were sold an empty Tweed pack of 10 prerolls. On contacting Canna Cabana on Jasper Avenue and 102 Street we were told to contact the manufacturer which says on their phone system to contact the retailer. The manager so far is not available and this has not been resolved. Update...The employees refuse to pay me back or replace the product. They finally said they would over the phone after many refusals and then in store made a lame excuse not to because they saw dust. There was no dust when I put the receipt in the container to take to the store. Do not shop at Canna Cabana unless you want to be ripped off! I don't know who in the company smoked those 10 joints or if it was a blank but either way they kept my money. Swindlers and scam artists! And I see in review that I am not the only customer they have ripped off with an empty package.

Called the store before placing an order to confirm it was in stock. placed the online order for that product and then looked up to see if another product was in stock and their website confirmed they had it in stock. so drove 45 mins to find out my order that i placed online and paid for they didn't even carry, and they were all out of stock of the other brand. they didn't issue me my money back at the store they told me to cancel it , well i cannot find my order on their website ( says coming improvements ) so I'm unable to cancel my order for a refund nor get my order now. so now I'm down my time, my gas $ and ,my purchase $. thanks for one of the worst experience with a dispensary I've ever had...and i even called them, wont ever return.

Staff was friendly and helpful, a lot of selections and reasonably priced.

Links withing their website become unresponsive. When I attempted to leave feedback(which I seriously think is just a joke) the text box is completely unresponsive. If your website bothers me I will never visit your store. I'm now looking at Torontovaporizer.ca for my vape. Shopping for weed stuff should Never be frustrating. It should be fun.
