I have been receiving the monthly box and I absolutely love it. You get a really cool novelty type of water pipe/bong, a hand pipe, paper, cones, all the good stuff! Unfortunately when I received my box, the (skeleton) hand pipe was broken. Their customer support is top notch. Within an hour of getting my package, discovering it was broken and emailed the company, the issue was resolved. Absolutely love customer support like theirs.

I truly had one of the best experiences in my life. The company was way open-minded about my product, That got broken during shipment, they replaced me a brand new box. No problem, that's right. A whole box for 1 broken item. Along with that, I accidentally pushed two subscription for the month, except I wanted only one. I can't wait to be refunded so I could start a new subscription.

I got a Croia Bong that said it had 14mm joints, arrived with 18mm joint so now I can’t use the ash catcher I also ordered as I was under the impression I wouldn’t be lied to! I saw RawOG420 open multiple boxes and thought they were cool, it sucks to know you can’t really trust any YouTuber at all. If you want to buy glass I’d just try to buy local if you can, not a good company at all!

I’ve always throughly enjoyed the mystery boxes! Recently I received a broken piece and reached out to get it resolved, and in the same day I received an email apologizing and a tracking number for the new piece. They resolved my issue so quickly and I’ll always be a returning customer!

Communication! Responded quickly to my question of shipping on a purchase I recently made. Turned out to be-out of stock- I was given the option of replacing or refunding. Replacing Definitely!!! I Love Everything I have ever gotten from DHC!! The monthly box is the Bomb! Always cool AF! I absolutely love these guys!! Very good customer service. Had a glass piece arrived broken, snap a photo and sent email, got a response right away. Then took a few days for to be verified, and then boom got a replacement of the glass piece on its way.

This is my second time I’ve had a piece come in broken unfortunately, but both times customer support has been smooth and easy to work with. Just give them their time to do what they got to do, and they’ll help you out with anything you need.

The customer service is awful
The customer service is awful. Aric has no business answering emails. I received an item that was unusable but from first inspection looked completely normal, so I filled the bowl once I tried to take a hit realized the manufacturer mistake. They didn't get the hole drilled out completely so it was extremely difficult to pull. So yes Aric I did try to use it ! But since you didn't bother to even ask and just hid behind a bunk policy you lost a customer and everyone i ever speak with will know. You are terrible at ur job. Will never use again!!

In this case though, we can see the order was delivered on August 1st, and you contacted us on August 5th, since the item has already been used, it falls outside what we're able to accept for a return or replacement.
Just for reference, the DHC Fully Wrapped Striped Bowl is a 14mm bowl piece meant to sit in the joint of a bong or water pipe, packed with dry herb and lit while inhaling through the piece. If there was ever an issue with the hole not being drilled through properly, that would show up on first use, which is why we ask customers to report issues within 48 hours of delivery.
