The online contact forms are monitored and you should get a response in <48 h. The edibles were competitively priced, when compared to other outlets.

Most of the people there are great
The two people it will work tomorrow high they didn't know anything about doing the job order high then they couldn't check the receipts to see if I was legal ordering what I did which was 2 oz and then they chewed me out about everything I could have possibly done wrong that I didn't do wrong to me forced me to take another dirty because of my heart all the time now so it's great fun .. also they never asked for my ID to check on the computer or to see my ID or to see the receipts for the 2 oz of the pot I had bought so they literally handed out 2 oz of pot somebody for fun

Big sign out front says lowest price guaranteed. What a lie. I even bought something at another one of their stores a week earlier for $15 and they wanted to charge me for the same item $17 and they would not price match. lies lies lies
The driving distance between Highland Hills Mall (located at 875 Highland Rd W in Kitchener) and Uptown Waterloo ( 35 King St S) is approximately 4.8 kilometers (about 3 miles).
I'm sorry but I don't have the time to go back and forth and back and forth with you guys. Call me if you want to discuss this further I have a receipt

I bought a Puffco from the St-Larent
I bought a Puffco from the St-Larent shop and when I came home and used it for the first time following the instructions, I got a massive headache and burnt rubber smell was coming out of the device. When I cam back, they actually tested the device to make sure the problem was there. Then decided.to refund me, unfortunately, the interac system stopped working for a few minutes. The person serving me kept his calm and handled the situation (and a horde of customer that was coming in) very well. That's my favorite shop and I will come back there. I always get an 11/10 service. Zanish was the one who helped me!

Best customer service
Anytime I've had to use the customer service on canna cabana I've had nothing but smooth, satisfactory service. I wish the in store employees were just as spectacular but can't win them all ahah. The prices are out of this world too and the elite membership is WORTH THE MONEY!! SO MANY SAVINGS!

The website states a different thc% than the actual product. I did not know they do this and would not have purchased what I got as it had a lower % of thc. Very disappointing and untrustworthy imo.

i would never shop here again. 1891 rathburn road east stay away this is a bad location I was charged a great deal more than the price listed i was told the price was for elite members but the price clearly said member not elite member I am a member so my 50 dollar order came out to over 80. what is the point of member discount if they won't honour the deal this used to be a great dispensary now it is on my never shop here its just not worth the hasslel of making sure your getting the listed price and if you prove your are not, they still won't honor it.JUST SHOP SOMEWHERE MORE TRUST WORTHY THIS IS NOT THAT PLACE

This is my go to place!
I had a good fortune to drop in on this place and was thoroughly delighted to be served by this tall good looking guy with grey hair. Very impressed with his level of knowledge particularly with infused products. Wanted to learn more about them and left with great satisfaction. I’ll be sure to keep coming back to this place on March Rd. I noticed the other store locations don’t get nearly the same great reviews.

Best store I’ve been to.
I live in Waterdown and there are at least 4 shops that I could go to but I prefer to drive 1/2 hour to Canna Cabana on Upper James.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming. If I have a question, they know the answer but if they don’t, they will take the time to find the answer.
