I’ve been searching for a store to stay loyal to and Canna Cabana on Robertson Road is the best store by far! The staff there are always friendly and quick to serve you! Personally, I enjoy Harry as he is quite cheerful when serving me! This is an amazing store!

Disgusting experience with staff at Staff at St. Paul Cana Cabana
Error appeared on Kiosk although money was taken out of my account. When staff were approached, they handled the 5 customers that came after me first and then after waiting for 20 minutes informed me that there was nothing they could do. Although I was able to provide confirmation that the transaction went through on my phone and was not able to receive the product, 3 staff requesting that I had to bring in a paper copy of the transaction in order to get a refund because the transaction did not show up on their computer. 3 staff yelling, all going into the back for like 5 minutes and then coming out and snickering and then going back and forth multiple times like this. Totally immature staff who lack experience to deal with a customer who raised his voice a little in feeling frustrated that he had to get a paper copy of the transaction. So, had to go home and print a paper copy of the transaction, block out my personal banking information and return to the store. Absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. I am old and I have never seen anything like this regarding a refund in a business ever! A paper copy of the transaction was eventually produced and the staff did not take a photocopy or take a picture or anything, just looked at it and returned the paper transaction along with the money. Thought they said they needed a paper trail for their transactions??? The paper transaction had exactly the same information as the online transaction from the bank on the phone. In my opinion, it was not the problem of the customer that their computer was not working properly. I could see if this was for a very big amount, but it was not. Very disgusting experience of how this was handled! Never, ever returning to this store in St. Paul, Alberta!

Being made to wait after a kiosk error, especially when you already had proof of the transaction on your phone, should never have taken as long or felt as dismissive as it did. The behavior you described from staff during that time is not the standard we hold our team to, and we're genuinely sorry you were put in a position where you had to go home, print documentation, and come back just to resolve something that should have been handled on the spot.

Issue resolved quickly and efficiently
The membership I purchased online was not working in store and also stopped working for online purchases. I ended up puchasing the membership again instore and it works as it should now. I emailed customer support and they were very helpful and returned the cost of my original membership. Thanks for your speedy resolution.

Missing online order
After contacting cana cabana store that I had not received my order, they had put in a request for investigation and even though some hiccups along the way with poor customer service of the in-store staff member the remainder of the staff including Ashley were very perfessional and helpful and refunded the money. Minus a few hiccups as stated this being a fantastic store for prices and product but also customer service Minus a few issues. Highly recommended if your looking for great products and prices but also a friendly space and always make you feel welcome

Last month I joined the canna cabanis elite club was told this month being my birthday to please come in and pick up your free birthday gift another perk they said !? Yesterday they send mea reminder to come in and pick my free gift on my birthday ☺️so went there hahahahaha!!!sorry don't have in stock,oh?? To be truthful she said we haven't had them in since April!?!?!!? So last month you people said and lied to me last month when I signed up telling me That I would as a perk oh and by the way the perks are just normal prices everywhere else ,sure it's lower than there prices, couldn't even offer any substatutions going to look for a honest company really now

False Potency
The company advertises a product as 26% but when you get the product its actually only 20%. Then when you bring up the issue with Canna Cabana they decide to keep the false advertisement of 26% to hopefully trick more people instead of correcting it so people are accurately informed of what they're buying.

Great in person, customer service is iffy.
The store and staff are always lovely. Sometimes low stock but that’s my luck. Good prices and selection. My issue is with customer service. I just had simple questions about the elite membership, and customer service could not answer them. They were bypassing what I was saying and felt like they were just reading a script. I don’t even feel like they knew what the membership was.

Terrible customer service, Not fulfilling promises
This subscription box advised me I would forever remain at one price as long as I stayed subscribed, which I have and now they’ve raised the price by $10. I have requested a supervisor multiple times and an agent named Zanish has refused to escalate my request. They advised me that no official communication went out saying the price would change, and that my grandfathered price would not be honored. Horrible business considering I’ve been a subscriber for 8 years!! I don’t recommend because this company doesn’t stand true to their word, they’ll raise their prices without noticing you of any changes, and they won’t escalate your issues to management.
