CanaDream RV - Vancouver Arvostelua

Everything was in time. Means pick up and drop off service. The drop off process was also very easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The booking process was in corporation with the Camperoase in germany and in german speach. That made everything for uns a little bit easier. One point we have to say. In one of our R.V.s was the linen kit and the towels missing and we did not check it at the pick up time. We shared everything with our second R.V. and used the things that we had from home. The message that we can buy something reached us a little bit late, because on the icefield Highway is no Walmart an no cell Phone...
But our adventure with the R.V.s was great and we had a lot of space in our large saver 6. The second was an saver 4.

Excellent instructions and explanation and tour of the RV ….answered all our questions satisfactorily . Our friends had their RV lock with the keys inside , and when the company were contacted , they had someone there promptly to rectify the problem
Great customer service

I had a fantastic experience with CanaDream during my trip through Canada.

The camper was in excellent condition, very well equipped, comfortable, clean, and reliable throughout the entire journey. It gave me the freedom to explore Canada exactly the way I wanted and made the whole trip incredibly enjoyable.

The booking process, vehicle handover, and overall organization were smooth and professional, and I always had the feeling that everything was well prepared.

I was especially impressed by the overall quality of the vehicle and the level of service provided by CanaDream. The camper was a perfect travel companion for a long road trip and made it easy to enjoy both the remote landscapes and the longer driving distances.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience and would absolutely choose CanaDream again for another trip through Canada.

I can highly recommend CanaDream to anyone planning a camper adventure in Canada.

Wery good and professional service, thank you.

Great smooth service, we were given all the information we needed, RV was great as well.

This was my first time renting an RV, and I quickly realized there’s a learning curve—driving a 33-foot-long vehicle is more challenging than I expected. I made a few mistakes, but thankfully, my friends and I also had a van to explore local neighbourhoods here in Canada. Joel from Canadream was incredibly helpful throughout the process. If you're considering renting an RV, I recommend doing plenty of research beforehand and giving yourself some time. Despite some challenges, everything worked out in the end. Thanks again to Joel in Vancouver and the managing team in Calgary!

First, returning the RV after a month on tour was wonderfully simple. There were only uncertainties about the pre-booked kilometers. The RV was perfectly sized for two people and, after buying the usual packages, also well equipped. I missed an axe and, of course, the use of the awning.

Great service at pick up.
Great service at drop off.
Deposit back on my account short after drop off.
Very nice RV.

We really appreciated the quick responses via email, whether it was before our vacation, after an accident, or for a general question.
The service was very pleasant (CD, Delta pickup).
The vehicle was very new and in excellent condition.

The check in process was quite easy the size of our RV was perfect for 2 people and we could park it in a normal parking spot

The handover of the camper worked without any problems. Surprising was the concept that you have to pay extra for a camper handover in the morning. This was not pointed out in advance. The staff was friendly and professional. The storage of glasses and plates within the campers cabinets was not optimal and led to the need to stuff the cupboards with cloths while driving to prevent damage. Also surprising is the fact that the awning is fixed and cannot be opened. We would only recommend the "Category Saver4" offer if the smallest model is really an option.

We really loved our RV! The service from Canadream was great and everything was explained very well.

RV was in good order and clean at pickup. Service was quick and courteous at pickup and return. Loved all the options for peace of mind ! Overall excellent experience.

I believe for safety and all other reasons, having a guid for 30 minutes inside the machine must be mandatory.
Also it would be great to able to drop off the RV in night before 8 am.

Reliable vehicle and easy Check in as well as easy drop off

Overall the best vacation ever.
Very nice and friendly people at Canadream!!!
RV review:
Very cool
- Slide out
- Fridge size and function
- big freezer with very good freezing capability
- fresh water tank size
- Main bed comfort
- Toilet emptying system with attached hose

Good
- bathroom sink outside shower/toilet
- cabinet/closet (but not enough hanger)
- spray nozzle of kitchen sink tap
- space of external compartments
- fan works very well
- very good explanation
- black water capacity
Not so good
- internal seating area not so comfortable (very straight up and surface slippery/sweaty)
- some steering play
- vehicle too heavy for it's function, compare European campers
- therefore very high fuel consumption (crazy big engine)
- no central lock on rear door
- keys are all bound together (to open an outer compartment the engines needs to be turned of because of the key)

Needs improvement
- solar panel did not work (according to front desk not a promised functionality, no refunding)
- Battery capacity too small, fridge runs on battery and is alarming at night, when arrival is in the afternoon (approx 3pm)
- more hooks needed for kitchen towels and hand towels at wash basin
- 2 of 3 rented chairs very uncomfortable
- Closures of the outer compartments of camper van not easy to lock, not so good quality
- indicators of fresh, grey and black water tanks very unreliable
- Camper door does not close well and is hard to open

Overall it served us very well and we enjoyed the time. I would recommend to rent the RV again.

Great communication, quite new RV which was very complete. Definitely recommend Canadream

You delivered what we booked. Equipment worked excellent.

Check in and drop off was a smooth process. Pricey but comparable with the other RV rental companies. Motorhome was easy to operate. We had a great time.
