Cambox Europe Arvostelua 

I ordered a Cambox V4 back on May 23 2025. It said it wouldn't ship out tell the first of July 2025 and I bought USPS next day air. It is the third of July 2025 and I have not gotten any response from the company via the emails I sent to them. On top of that the site has been down since around June I believe. I have heard some people saying that the company went out of business, if that's the case I either want my order completed (since I placed it before they went out of business) or a refund. Here is my order details, Order: UVFDHXYDG Placed on 05/24/2025 00:49:18.

Placed my order in May with a ship date of June 1. Company won’t respond to email and the website has been down since sometime I believe in June. Possibly been scammed. Order: LRHUCTFXI Placed on 05/20/2025 16:52:22.

I back order but not shipped until today. I will complain them ASAP.

j'ai acheté une cambox reconditionnée et garantie par la société Cambox. Cependant je m'aperçois que la camera se coupe après quelques minutes de façon aléatoire. J'essaie de joindre le service après vente.
Aucune réponse.
La société existe t'elle encore?

Plus de nouvelle concernant ma V3+ en SAV. Silence radio . Site en Maintenance.

I purchased a camera in April, paid in advanced 500+ eur. They confirmed delivery time in June which is a very long time. I sent 2 emails to receive estimate date of delivery and no answer. The web site is down since weeks. I ask for cancellation and refund but no answer. I am worried I ordered via a scam page. Be careful!!!

I ordered a Pro V4 from them in early April/25. I I’ve sent a email to ask about the delivery time and the sales person said there was a back orders to be delivered first week of June. I have emailed the company with no response back and every time I go to the CamBox America site It’s under maintenance. I’ve spent 600$ and they are not following through to deliver my product and neither answer my emails. I hope this is not a scam, otherwise we will have to open a dispute compliant at ODR since the company is in Europe.

Commande d'une cambox V4 neuve le 05/06/25 2 jours plus tard, site en maintenance, pas de suivi colis, pas d'informations, pas de réponse ni mail ni téléphone.
A 500 euros la caméra ...
Demande d'appuie Paypal lancée, j'attends...

Suite à mon précédent avis, je constate de ne pas être le seul dans cette situation avec Cambox.
Je compte poursuive pour escroquerie cette société , si des personnes sont intéressés laisser un message. Merci

J’ai envoyé ma cmbox v3* en réparation sous garantie .
Depuis plus aucune nouvelle impossible de joindre le site ou de prendre contact bref 400 euros de perdu arnaque

Voilà mon expérience Cambox Europe.
Le 13/04/2025, Cambox V4 pro + 128Go acheté en 3x sans frais.
Le 16/04/2025, réception du produit et email envoyé car le produit ne s'allume pas.
Le 17/04/2025, Cambox Europe me demande de faire des tests puis finalement de renvoyer le produit.
Le 21/04/2025, le produit est réceptionné par Cambox Europe.
Le 26/04/2025, je récupère ma Cambox V4 pro + 128Go.
Le 02/05/2025, Cambox Europe me demande d'effectuer de nouveau un pré-diagnostic, le jour même j'envoie les résultats. Dans la foulée, il m'est demandé de renvoyer une nouvelle fois le produit sans m'expliquer le pourquoi de ce renvoi.
Le 06/05/2025, le produit est réceptionné par Cambox Europe.
Le 18/05/2025, j'envoie un email car pas de nouvelle de leur part!
Le 22/05/2025, j'envoie à nouveau un email car toujours pas de nouvelle de leur part et je commence sérieusement à m'inquiéter!
Les jours suivants, j'ai essayé à de nombreuses reprises, de joindre la société par téléphone et tchat, sans aucun résultat et en plus, impossible de laisser un message avec demande de rappel!
Le 26/05/2025, dernier email envoyé en indiquant que si je n'ai pas de nouvelle de leur part d'ici le 31/05/2025, je bloque la dernière mensualité et que "S'il existe un souci, le minimum est de COMMUNIQUER".

Conclusion, depuis le 02/05/2025, Cambox Europe est aux abonnés absents, je n'ai toujours pas ma Cambox V4 pro et aucune certitude de l'avoir un jour ! Donc, j'ai payé pour du vent !

Oke eerst en vooral meer dan 10 maanden moeten wachten als ik mijn videos op mijn gsm wil zetten moet perce de wifi van de came aanstaan ik doe dit met als gevolg u hebt geen wifi controleer opnieuw maar ik heb continu wifi verbonden met de came met als gevolg dat ik mijn videos niet kan downloaden hij wordt ook kei heet kan elk moment ontploffen dikke miskoop

Terribly disappointed and unreliable.
The battery doesn’t last longer than one medium race session.
The WiFi connectivity is the slowest I’ve come across.
I need to constantly reboot it as it’s always locked.
It really is a BAD product and best avoided .
The product just overheated and then completely failed, do not go near this rubbish.
I’m sure they’ll send some “helpful” response to this message, but from day 1 it’s been rubbish and capable of putting anyone in a terrible mood (not least my child, who is only trying to get better at sport - this product definitely doesn’t help anything)

Le produit est excellent ! Une qualité d'images incroyable. J'ai une version 4K. Je l'utilise en full HD pour des raisons de capacité de ma carte mémoire et c'est LARGEMENT suffisant pour l'usage que j'en fais (analyse de la course, trajectoire, position des mains..) L'équipe technique et le SAV sont TOP et vous avez une personne qui vous suit et qui traite la demande de A à Z ! Merci Julien ! Ce n'est pas un plateau SAV impersonnel avec qui vous devez répéter 100 fois vos problèmes. Chapeau ! et encore un super produit ! Super service ! Très pro

Nous avions notre chienne qui s'est amusé avec la cambox donc bien sûr elle était bien abîmée j ai envoyé un message à cambox en lui demandant si il pouvait me l'a réparer ils ont fait mieux ils me l'ont échangé sans débourser un euro et dans un temps record alors oui c est vraiment une très bonne expérience merci

The camera has never worked properly since bought. Got in contact with cam box who wasn't very help full then chose to ignore us. The battery life is non existent, the footage is hit and miss if its corrupt and it fails to turn on most of the time. My son has tried to persevere with it but the best moments that you would want on camera were never recorded. It has only been in a helmet and never wet. Good idea but as good as a chocolate teapot.

Cambox specifies on their website that their camera is Showerproof (resists to water splashes, rain and snow only).
My wife has been using the camera for about 9 months, we went to review the footage about a month ago but a lot of the video files were blank.
Contact cambox who said to send it back along with our 512Gb SD card for testing.
I heard back from them to say that there had been water damage so it was not covered under warranty and to repair it would cost £146.51 plus delivery, plus VAT.
We did get caught in the odd shower when out horse riding but did not even think to worry about the camera when it was raining a bit as the company say that it is showerproof. IT CLEARLY IS NOT.
I replied to them saying thank you very much for looking into the issue but we will put the £146.51 plus delivery, plus VAT towards something more robust like a GoPro.
I did not hear back from Cambox after that and they have even kept our SD card which was £30 :-(
Do not be tempted by how good it looks, it clearly is not fit for purpose.
Also battery life is appalling, if you want it as a road safety device think twice as you will be lucky to get an hours use out of it whilst out for a hack.
Do not waste your money, buy a GoPro instead.

Qualité médiocre ! Reçu au bout de 2 long mois , mal visée , de la colle mal séchée , une honte ! C’est bas de gamme à mourir ! La prochaine fois pour le même prix je prend une GOPRO , j’espère que mon message sera vu par tous pour éviter que quelqu’un se fasse encore arnaquer !
