Terrible experience of Camaloon. Poor communication... my delivery was very delayed and no one informed us. It was extremely stressful as we were including the printed mugs in a subscription box, so we needed to plan for a 'Plan B' item if the order didn't arrive in time.

Customer service is particularly poor. Multiple times they promised to get back to me and I just didn't hear from them.

When the mugs finally did arrive an entire box included smashed mugs which was a result of poor packing (they didn't have any infill packaging to stop them moving around during transit). I emailed several times to ask for a refund or some sort of compensation for the smashed items, and no one responded. Just silence. My order number is 20118B1A69 if anyone does want to reply!???

Also the design on the mug is wonky even though I asked customer service to please please ask their designer to double check it, as the design I chose on their website did not have any software to make sure you centred your design. I had to judge on screen with no measurement lines. Customer service reassured me they would of course check before printing. And what do you know, they turn up mis-centred!

Find a better supplier in the UK is my advice (turns out that despite the UK number on their website, the company is based in Spain - which no doubt will cause even more issues due to Brexit and shipping timeframes).

I placed an order for 100 personalized keyrings with the advise of the customer service agent that the coin in the keyring would fit uk trolleys, when it arrived on 30/11/2020 i checked over the product and it wasn't suitable for uk trolley. I contacted customer service via email straight away. I didn't get any response for a week and then decided to call up. Since then i had to call up literally every week just to chase up on how it'll be solved. The manager didn't even bother to speak to us but i kept getting through to the same advisor named Alyssa that kept on repeating herself without wanting to listen.
Finally after nearly 2 months of continuous calls i finally got my refund which i still had to chase up on for it to be approved in the first place by the manager which is appalling for a company like this. This is the worse company ever! and i strongly advise you to keep your money away from this cowboy company

the cup was fine, came in time. The handle doesn't seem to be very stable - we will see!

Péssimo apoio pós-venda. Encomendei apenas 1 sweatshirt dia 18 de dezembro. A entrega está prevista entre 8 e 13 de janeiro. Hoje, dia 11, continua em produção e não respondem a nenhum e-mail. Se até dia 13 não me responderem irei apresentar queixa criminal.

5 Sterne für die Qualität: sogar die Gravuren feiner Buchstaben sind sehr gut ausgeführt (bei personalisierten Trinkflaschen), sehr gute Preis-Leistung
5 Sterne für die Lieferung: sobald das Paket das Werk verlassen hat, verläuft die Lieferung wie geplant. Die Verpackung war ebenfalls sicher und angemessen.
3 Sterne für Service: Verzögerungen in der Produktion können vorkommen. Doch wenn sich dadurch Liefertermine verschieben, wird dies den Kunden erst auf nachfrage mitgeteilt. Dazu ist zu sagen, dass die Deutschen Kontaktdaten auf der Webseite nur für den Vertrieb und nicht für den Kundenservice sind. Die Info könnte ebenfalls auf der Webseite vermerkt werden, dann kann man sich Anrufe sparen und gleich eine Email schreiben. (Die schnell beantwortet wurden.)

Die Onlinegestaltung war etwas schwierig, der Schriftzug leider sehr klein. Bekam es aus welchem Grund auch immer nicht größer beim Bearbeiten. Ansonsten ist der Becher schön, nur leider nicht dicht beim daraus trinken.

Das Produkt ( Bambusbecher) sieht prima aus und es fühlt sich auch sehr gut an. Das einzige Problem war die Information der Lieferung, da bis zum 23.12. Der Becher noch nicht verschickt war. Habe mich dann doch sehr gefreut als am 24.12. der Becher dann ankam. Dankeschön:)

Order not arrived, I called and they promised that customer service would get back to me but they never did! Do not order from this company! After reading the reviews all I can presume is that they are running some kind of scam!

They promised a specific delivery date, then the sales manager "dealing" with our order is off sick & his colleagues knew nothing about our order. I have had to repeatedly chase them to get information to find out about our order but they still have not given me any solid delivery information. We are 2 days over the agreed delivery time & still nothing, their logisitics department "won't confirm" if/when the goods will be sent. If you want to chase your tail for days on end then go ahead, otherwise find a more reputable company to deal with.

Liars and cheats. Do not deal with this company under any circumstances. Plenty of trust worthy firms out there, this one needs to be closed down. They make promises and deals that they do not keep. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM

Commande 2004ODD216 du 25 avril de 133, 42 euros pour des stickers jamais reçu. Et une commande non remboursé des dizaines de mails d'appels et des centaines de tentative de contact et aussivers des numeros inacatifs....AUCUNE reponse du service client ou mails appel depuis 6 mois un transporteur UPS qui livre et qui ne traite pas non plus son manque de gestion en matière de livraison.
Je suis juste épuisée, et souhaites juste récupérer mon argent. Je suis sur le depot d un dossier avec le systeme juridique allemand, je vis sur Berlin.

I´ve ordered some mousepads at your company: Print acceptable, production and delivery time good, but the pads are too weak! The mouse is not that accurat to control on this weak surface, as it should be. You urgently should use pads with a harder surface!

in einer schlechten Qualität (Falten im Bild).
Auch habe ich auf meine Reklamation noch keine Antwort.
Schade ich hätte gern eine bessere Bewertung gegeben!
