I ordered coffee cups with a logo. The quality came out quite good, and the price was reasonable. What I like in particular with Camaloon that you don't have a minimum order quantity like 50 pieces and can actually order by piece.

I ordered at Camaloon two times already. The first order was perfect and the products are good. The second order was not working out so good. I am missing plenty of items (25% of the total order value) and trying to contact the Customer Service for over a week now but still no response. Hopefully the will come back to me soon. The Service number they provide has an answering machine, no recall either.

Update from 8th of July 2020: Still no response since four weeks now. Calls are not answered and mails are not replied. What is this?

Order never arrived. No one answers their phone line or online live chat. I've essentially been robbed and left to conclude that this is a fraudulent company.

I've used Camaloon for a few years now. Their products have always been to a high standard. More often than not orders arrive as stated and within their predicted arrival dates.

However, the moment you need to actually communicate with them, it's like you’re talking to a completely different company. Very slow replies, they hide their email, they offer a live chat service but it appears they only like to portray they offer a live chat service, as I've been waiting for a response for over 15 minutes from a team that 'typically replies within minutes'.

It's very sad, as they do offer great products, but the moment someone comes along and offers me better service, I'm gone, even if it costs a fraction more. As to me, a great level of service is harder to come by than great products. Products can be obtained.

I ordered a water bottle recently from Camaloon, which arrived early. I was satisfied with the quality of the bottle, and the personalised component had been completed exactly to how I specified. The product looked good and functioned marvellously - to begin with.
However, a week into using my product, I noticed a crack appearing. This was highly concerning as it is obviously a water bottle. I alerted the customer service team at Camaloon immediatly, who waited for a week to reply to my email and live-chat requests. (The email they sent was extremely brief and contained several spelling and grammatical errors FYI)
They then asked me to fill out a customer-complaint form, which I immediately did. That was two weeks ago, and I have not heard anything back from them since.
I shall not be using their services again.

Première commande il y a 2 ans, rien à dire.
Deuxième commande catastrophique : passée le 30 mars, à la date de livraison annoncée, rien reçu. Je les contacte : reponse: ma commande est en fabrication (depuis plus d'1 mois...) Puisque je n'aurais pas la commande a la date demandée, je demande à retirer la date inscrite sur les objets. On me répond que ce n'est pas possible. À aucun moment je n'ai été prévenue que la commande aurait dû retard, résultat, ma commande est inutilisable, et j'ai perdu 40€...

Commande 20026B4B0B passée le jeudi 6 avec option express 48h (+ 50€). Une semaine après rien reçu ( commande perdue). Le SAV me propose après de (trop) nombreux échanges : annulation et remboursement, ou expédition express. à ce stade j'hallucine du culot et demande au moins à être remboursé du surplus express. après de (trop) nombreux échanges (je comprend alors que la personne au bout du fil n'a pas la main sur les décisions... c'est ballot), j'obtient la promesse d'un envoi rapide et d'un geste commercial (pour la prochaine commande... ha ha ha). A ce jour, soit 10 jour après la commande, je n'ai toujours rien reçu. A FUIR !

Nel senso pratico il prodotto è ben fatto e l'attenzione nello svolgimento dello stesso è ottimo, ma le comunicazioni sono farraginose, in caso di problematiche non si riesce a parlare direttamente con chi sta facendo il prodotto, ma per interposta persona, il che rende difficile capirsi.
