Calming Dog Beds UK Arvostelua 

Do not use this company. The zip on the dog bed broke within an hour of it being opened, let alone a dog on it! The company agreed to refund the money after seeing the photos but then wanted me to send the bed back in the original packaging (vacuum packed) and to give them the postage tracking number. They refuse to pay the postage on a faulty product which is appalling. Same thing happened to my sister. I'm going to trading standards

I have had an awful experience from this company and I now realise (from reading previously written reviews) that this is a scam. It took ages for dog bed to arrive. Not a UK company - item came from china in a horrible shrink wrapped parcel. Quality of bed was shocking, it smelt, was badly made and contained horrible hard pieces in the bed. I tried to return - they say they have not received the item and will not refund. There is hardly any customer service and emails are only answered late in the evening, if at all. The phone number is a recorded message and then goes dead. I am disgusted. Lesson learnt - always shop from somewhere you know and trust. I have had to write this cost off as a bad purchase.

This is not a UK company offering UK supplies
All products are cheap Chinese imports
There is NO 24/7 customer service. The telephone line tells you how to order from the drop down menu then goes dead
The governing law is based in Nevada United States.
When they eventually reply to your email when you threaten to contact your credit card provider or trading standards they are still arrogant and unhelpful.

The bed I ordered was not delivered to my address.
This company does not respond to emails and as someone else has said you cannot get through on the telephone number they provide.
I paid £49.62 for a bed I have not received.

Avoid this company, their product is inferior, they’re copying another calming dog bed supplier, these beds are inferior quality, my order arrived damaged, I can’t get help to return for a refund, they don’t answer emails & phone number isn’t connected.

Previously bought a dog bed from these guys, it lasted 4 foster dogs before it bit the dust. So I ordered a new one and a spare cover. The cover arrived, but not the bed, 5 weeks of emailing and being fobbed off. Saying they’d send a new one, twice! Then arguing it was delivered and yes I had received one parcel which was just the cover!! Useless without the bed. No further response from them. Escalated to PayPal to get a resolution.

All good the first week then the zip broke, company point blank refused to replace the bed - or even just the cover. Avoid. Sue.

The bed was wonderful at first and the dog loved it. Then the inner pad went very flat and lumpy and now she doesn't like it. The company won't sell inner pads separately so very disappointed as the outer ring is fine. Waste of money. Don't buy. I don't think all the reviews on their website can be genuine. I don't have an option to leave one there.

Awful, this is a scam. They did not dispatch for 2 weeks, after I chased, they then sent tracking information but it took another week to arrive.
When it arrived, I didn’t even open it. It was a tiny lightweight package nothing like the large dog bed as promised. I sent it back and they are now being difficult about the refund even though the package returned was exactly as received and unopened.

Not a UK company, customer service appalling. They respond to emails in the middle of the night UK time. You can’t call them, I had a faulty dog bed and they refused to exchange it. Don’t use them is my advice
