Do not use this company. Alarm bells were raised about this company when the bed was very delayed without apology. When it arrived, it had no information (receipt) or labels. The fabric quality is cheap. The info on the website says beds are only washable if you remove the cover but our bed doesn't have a zip! When I emailed to complain the reply was poorly written, with no apology and I was told it was too late for a refund or new bed. I've replied to argue my case but my email has gone unanswered.

Received a faulty bed. The zip was fused and I couldn’t remove the padding to wash, 3 weeks after receiving it. Company have refused to let me return, despite several emails and me telling them that they are breaching the Consumer rights act. They really don’t give a s**t. The padding is also really lumpy. I should have read the trust pilot reviews and not the ones on their website (they have obviously filtered out the bad ones).

LOVE the bed, so much that I’m buying a second. Soft and cushiony (unlike the copies) great product.

I have two Yorkshire terriers but wasn't sure if they would like these, so just ordered one at first. Of course, they both loved it! So another order coming for second one. Looks comfy, very well made and light enough to change rooms. So pleased with the purchase, I ordered the medium size which is perfect. Delivery speedy

Easy to order. This was a second bed from this company. Makes a difference the Dogs seem relaxed and comfortable. Zip on the bottom is stuck but whole bed gets washed air dried. Worth the cost for a comfy bed. Arrived minimal packing. Vacuum pack in a small box.

My dog absolutely loves his new bed. It's perfect. He goes in his bed more so now than he did before. He loves his comfort so much.

When package arrived was a shock - it arrives the size and shape of a football!! However, I’m delighted with it.

Great little bed, which we actually bought for our two cats! They took to it immediately and love cuddling in there together. Very soft, a nice colour, and came well-packaged (compressed in a tube.) Thank you.

Efficient website and service. Kept up to date with delivery progress.
My only beef is that getting the excellent packaging undone can be tricky as it's tightly packed and you need to be very careful not to cut into the bedding.

I have now bought 3 of these beds, my 10 year old Pug loves them. She just seems to sink into them. They're also great to wash, just take off the cover and put it in the washer and they dry so quickly.

Product smaller than anticipated and due to holiday missed the 14 day return deadline and were inflexible.
Reading the other reviews it’s obvious that customer service is not a priority at all.

I didn't think to look at trust pilot when checking out reviews. This is a substandard item and not fit for purpose. Am waiting for an acknowledgement and system for how to return. There is no padding in the bottom, the materials are flimsy. You can only remove the bottom pad to wash. I should have trusted my gut feeling when looking at the photos. There is no tag, no invoice, no company branding. I doubt whether I will hear back. And it was not cheap.

Having ordered a dog bed as a christmas present for a friends dog, the wrong item was received and I have been trying for over two weeks to get them to send a replacement out. I have sent photos of what was received and still they advise that the correct product was sent. Having inspected the items received they would not be fit for purpose if they were correct as the zips do not work, the materials are very thin and look like they wouldn't last a couple of washes. Please do not use this company as you will certainly waste your money
