Caffè Nero Arvostelua 

I would never buy coffee and pastry from Nero again.
I visited Nero on Stansted airport(drive through) on Sunday morning and got so disappointed.
1) I paid extra 0.60p for extra shot , they made my coffee in front of my eyes and no extra shot was added but more water.
2) I bought a cinnamon swirl, unfortunately it was completely stale .
I wouldn’t give any star if I could👎🏼

I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but my experience was genuinely upsetting. I’m a regular customer and have done the same thing on many previous visits: briefly go upstairs to put down my heavy belongings before returning to pay. I’ve never had an issue before and have always returned to pay for my order.

On this occasion, the staff member serving me repeatedly shouted that I needed to pay because it was a bar service. I was fully aware I needed to pay and had no intention of leaving without doing so. If there was an issue, it could easily have been explained politely rather than calling me out so loudly in front of other customers.

What made things worse was another staff member who appeared to be holding back laughter, which left me feeling even more embarrassed and humiliated. I struggle with social anxiety, and the way the situation was handled genuinely upset me. I was trying to hold myself together in public over something that could have been dealt with respectfully.

To make matters worse, the drink itself tasted awful. I’m disappointed because I’ve always been a regular customer, but this experience has made me feel unwelcome and reluctant to return. I understand staff have procedures to follow, but basic courtesy and respect should always be expected.

I requested my acct was deleted because i rarely go to Cafe nero and wanted to remove my acct. But then I get an email saying they keep my data for 6yrs. why. surprised. A request for data should be completely removed. awaiting.

A really lovely space- staff so friendly that’s why I am there, they offer so much more than just a drink. Plus you get a free one now and again which is lovely

Carlisle Cafe Nero is filthy. Please take notice of the prep area and coffee machines before buying.

I went to the clitheroe branch of cafe Nero and it was an horrific experience. I think the dirtiest unhygienic coffee shop i have ever been in. On arrivle i ordered and went to try and find a clean table , i moved twica as they were either covered in rubbish or my arms stuck to the table.
The toilet was horrendous, used toilet roll in every angle and the sink wasnt fit to touch. Urine all over the seat and floor, the smell was disgusting. I didnt use . I then noticed the kitchen/ food store room door was open and this was dirty on another level. It looked like a herd of cows had been living in there and the floor was thick and soiled with what looked like mud and dirt. There was waste stuck under the fridges. The whole place was a health hazzard. I reported it , i recieved no reply so i rang , the woman said sorry i have the wrong email address for you then proceeded to tell me about the contents of my email. Totally unacceptable

Jag köpte karma överbliven lunch. Stod ingenstans att det var gårdagens utan gick in på eftermiddagen och trodde det var från dagens lunch som det ofta är på restauranger på Söder. Salladen var väldigt tråkig. Jag tycker det borde stå klart och tydligt att det är gårdagens och kanske till och med tillverkad dagen innan?

Nice coffee BUT my god the cafe is filthy. I first mentioned this to them on social media three years ago with photos as proof. Completely ignored me. Again today, it's filthy full of cigarette butts at the base of the windows. Unfortunately I can't attach the photo as proof here. The cafe is on Putney High Street, London.

Called into Nero Warwick close to closing time on Sunday. Despite being close to the end of the day Amy was very cheerful. I had a latte and it was delicious. Perfect temperature and a really smooth coffee blend. No bitterness at all. Premises was very clean and tidy. Very pleasant visit. Thanks Amy !

It’s such a shame, because the service, drinks and cakes are all absolutely brilliant, but the cleanliness really lets the place down. We’ve been in first thing on a Sunday morning, when you’d expect everything to be clean and ready for the day, yet the place is filthy.

The mat as you walk in is covered in dog hair, the tables and floors are dirty, and there’s dust visibly collecting around the dado rails. There really is no excuse for this, particularly at the start of the day.
The toilet has been out of action for God knows how long - Why ?
You have such a lovely place with great service and fantastic food and drinks — please sort the cleaning out and bring the standard of cleanliness up to the same level. It would make such a difference! ‼️

The first thing you notice when you walk in is the strong smell of urine. The coffee was nice, but the service was poor. The staff looked miserable and seemed like they didn’t want to be there.

The shop was dirty, the furniture was worn out, and the toilets were absolutely disgusting.

Very disappointing experience. I definitely won’t be going back.

Spot on with my coffee order every time and always service with a smile. Cafe Nero Cowbridge is by far the best coffee shop in the area

I visited the one on Oldham Road, M/c and was served by a delightful Tina. She was very friendly and polite and made me happy to have gone here than choosing another coffee shop.

We ladies of a certain age who meet every Saturday morning first thing for our coffee’s & cake, arrived unexpectedly on Friday afternoon 14/8 bedraggled, exhausted and dehydrated. Having been sat outside meadowhall for over 4 hours in the soaring heat waiting for recovery and having returned a damaged new car we weren’t having the best day. They were surprised to see us, but hearing our story this team Molly, Seb and Shauna offered words of comfort sympathy made us laugh and lifted our spirits. They got our food and drinks ready quickly and looked after us as they always do. Nothing being too much trouble.
I love our Saturday get togethers with others we have met there. The team in Nero join in with the fun and banter we have and are always pleased to see us.
They remember what we have, how we have it and deliver excellent customer service. I have worked many years in meadowhall and been involved in recruiting. These guys are natural in what they do, work tirelessly to make sure everyone’s needs are met, deliver excellent customer service and always leave a great lasting impression. Thank you ❤️👏🏻👏🏻

Looking for a coffee shop at 8am in Ringwood. Very happy to find a warm welcoming smile from Evelyn who loves dogs and my daft Cavapoo . Will definitely visit again. Great coffee and comfortable seats

Has anyone seen the dirty cobwebs Southampton Row branch. Not relaxing place to have a coffee. Unless your homeless and enjoy dirty nero.

My decaf breakfast tea was disgusting. How can you mess up tea? By giving me a plastic tea bag in not boiling water. I Waited 5 minutes for the tea to brew. After this amount if time tea looked grey.
The taste was I can only describe it as peppery. Come on cafe Nero there is way too much competition to be this bad....Never again. Gail's for me or even Greg's.

I’m a regular customer of Nero’s using a number of their stores. I love the coffee taste and normally the staff are in my experience brilliant. You know it’s coming, HOWEVER today in Bath near Old Bond St my experience has been poor. There were only two staff in the store, the queue was slow moving almost at glacier pace. The two team members had no personality and were miserable. I understand they were under pressure. The tables were not cleared of previous customers cups and plates. Tables dirty. Not what I expected from Nero. Disappointed.
