Cafelat UK Limited Arvostelua

Love my robot! Ordering was frictionless and delivery was well handled.

The transaction and information sides of the business are as well run as the robots are well designed and well made. Clear, straightforward, prompt. Even international transactions are well orchestrated.

Quick delivery of piston seal for my Cafelat Robot

You can really feel the passion behind this company – the machine and all its parts were packed so thoughtfully. Unboxing it was a proper treat! The colour and size make it much nicer to look at than my old electric model. I know the dimensions are online, but seeing it in the kitchen, everyone’s been saying, “It’s smaller than I expected,” which is brilliant – it adds to the space rather than getting in the way.

The coffee’s lovely too. I’m already noticing flavours I’ve never picked up before. There’s a bit of trial and error with pressure, grind size and shot ratio, but somehow it feels easier and more fun than fiddling with dials and buttons.

The trickiest bit was actually getting hold of one – they sell out so fast. Thank goodness they finally opened pre-orders and kept them to UK buyers at first.

Incredibly happy with purchase. The robot is a delight to use and the results are amazing.

recently gave a 1 star review purely because it was almost impossible to get a robot as they sell out so fast but then i noticed pre orders were allowed for a brief period for uk customers only, so I went through the pre order process and low and behold got an invoice and then received my barista robot today with the tamper upgrade. I now understand why these machines are so popular, the quality of materials and the design and feel for the machine is second to none. I have been using a gaggia coffee for years and was getting good espresso from it but the robot is on another level. Straight out of the box with very little fuss and using my timemore cs3 pro grinder and locally roasted decaf beans i was able in a very short time without pre heating produce one of the best coffees i have ever had. the richness and flavour was amazing and the robot made this so simple to produce and with very little fuss also clean up was a breeze. With the Barista everything you need to produce amazing coffee is in the box along with spares should you need them. I cant wait to make more coffee.

Fantastic service, item arrived swiftly, well packaged and so happy with it.

The quality of the materials used to construct every piece of equipment produce is consistently very high. I am confident that what I buy from Paul is for life. For me, this is immediately a five-star.

Five stars because website was easy to use, price of utem competitive and goods delivered on time. Can't say more than that.

Only place I’ve found that can supply special piston seals for this coffee machine. Delivery was reasonably fast considering the distance and probably piles of red tape

Good selection of parts and the lever group kit is good value

Same day despatch, very happy. Cheers folks

Arrived so fast, and an EXCELLENT product!

This is a really great coffee machine. I can't praise it enough. Thank you

Great service and international delivery for parts!

I purchased an item that was in high demand, with limited availability, and so placing the order itself was a little more fraught than usual, but this is entirely understandable.

The speed of processing the order was very quick and I was kept informed of what was happening.

The items arrived quickly in perfect condition: they were extremely well packaged and obvious care had been taken with even small items.

Fantastic quality
Looked everywhere for a proper E61 9mm silicon gasket, quality control was never there.
Cafelat is the best, my go to now.

Great! Just wish that there weren't customs fees to pay to receive products in the EU :-/
