Prepay for elite session. Photographer arrived late. Was constantly interrupted during entire shoot. Tried to have my son do poses with his arm behind his head like a girl would take. Spent more time trying to locate tripods, voice recorders and help other associates than anything. Faulty camera kept disconnecting, dropped props, definitely hurried and not professional. Run entirely by high schoolers. Started off poorly from the first minute we walked thru the door. $200 session, 2 hours total. Same exact positions, 5 different backgrounds. Misguided in what was purchased. Brought 3 outfits never used because of it. Not a great experience. I would recommend getting a private photographer. Multiple families waiting for same area, lots of waiting. Definitely not private session. People constantly staring at you waiting their turn...felt like a fish in a fish bowl.

Cady is horrible for senior pictures. One hour turned into two hours and we didn't take all scenes. Photographers were all over the place. Should have been and intimate moment for each student.Prices are ridiculous and not worth it. We decided not to go with any and hired our own photographer.129 was the package we chose on top of that a $25 deposit to view pictures. Cheapest package start at 179 for eight small pictures. Definitely not worth it.

I received my $69 photo with only 1 bent up photo. No other photos included! I contacted customer service via email and all they kerp doing is sending me emails saying they want to see a pic of the bent photo, which i just sent. But what difference does it make if they see a pic of the 1 damaged photo i received when the entire rest of my photos were missing????????? Horrible company. I dont know why my daughters school used them but i will be sure to inform the school of my experience with CADY

We wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. We were totally mislead. We were actually given a coupon and told that we could use it if we ordered pictures within 30 days. We were just informed that the coupon was only good for the higher packages and that they don’t understand why that’s not included on the coupon they send out. If we could rate them at a zero we definitely would. Now I’m contacting the BBB

I am beyond frustrated with Cady and the way they handled my son's senior year photos. First of all, the school forces us to use this company for the yearbook photos, and they charge an outrageous price for a service that barely meets the minimum standards. They bombard you with overpriced packages and push unnecessary photos on you, which feels like a cash grab.

All I needed was the basic package to ensure my son's yearbook photo was taken, but even that was a hassle. We had to drive 20 minutes just to get to their studio and pay $10 for the bare minimum package. Since my son has acne, and this photo would be in the yearbook forever, I paid an extra $19 for something called the “Artis Touch” retouch service. I assumed this would include facial touch-ups to improve the appearance of his acne.

When we received the photos, I was shocked to see that nothing had been retouched on his face. His acne was still very visible. I called Cady to ask when the retouch would happen, thinking it may occur after the photo selection. To my surprise, they told me that the retouch only includes the background and lighting adjustments. This was never clearly explained on their website, and honestly, it feels like a scam. Adjusting lighting and background is basic to any professional photo—it is not a "Retouch" or how they called it an "Artist Retouch" that worth 19 dollars...

This company is misleading and takes advantage of families during a special time in their children's lives.

Over priced. You're not told that the package you choose is only for the photo shoot picture are not included. I give the (0) ZERO.

This is the biggest rip off and the most dishonest organization that I have ever seen. The don't tell you up front that the packages run in the thousands, up to $3000.00 for high school pictures. They use the senior only once mentality to take advantage of families. There is no way that the labor, flash drives, time and AI editing software cost thousands for a hand full of pictures. The customer service phone service tells a different story and makes promises that the facility will not honor, but their facial expressions and mumbling of their goes customer service again tell me of dishonesty and deceit. If it's a good deal, then be upfront about your prices. Some stories of pictures getting mailed destroyed and CADY not replacing them. Someone should take them to court. I'm going to BBB now!

Deceptive practices and hidden prices,terrible customer service. Pictures are picked by Cady staff if you get the digital download and they apparently cannot discern what is a good pictures and what is not. Completely unprofessional pictures with no editing available. Find a reputable studio and get your senior pictures elsewhere!

I wanted a nice experience for my son who struggles with school. I thought I would opt for the larger sitting fee and get some nice pictures. First off the "photographer's" seemed to have preferences on who they interacted with more. We were skipped while waiting for our turn at the next station. Then told not to touch the shirts they had for the "formal" picture. The shirts by the way were filthy. We then were rushed through all along while others seemed to get a lot more time. Finally got the pictures to preview and they are blurry. Awful. And really really over priced. I'm sending them back. I am just sorry I paid a 70.00 sitting fee for crap pictures. Save your money, take your own pictures with your cell phone. They will look much better.

2 hr "experince" and we are going on 4 hours of chaos and waiting in lines. Now i read the reviews and catch the deceptive business practices ... can hardly wait to checkout. Knew i had a bad feeling qbout this place and seems i was absolutely justified. Nice people but must be low bid for schools and very unprepared and ill equipped for the volume of people and coordination required.

Was upsold to digital package we weren't going to purchase and were told we would get the session digitally. Surprised to find we only got five photos of their choosing for each scene. When I complained I was told I had to know exactly which photo I wanted to swap out another one for. This is a bait and switch and they also make you do a review before you leave to try and boost their reviews before you realize you have been duped. This was a costly basic senior session. We are doing another better one in a month. So very disappointing.

Hard to believe schools use this company, but schools do usually go with the lowest bidder and after seeing their work it shows. I have yo stay my son did have one decent picture for the year book, he was a lucky one. The cap and goen session was a joke and the ones from graduation; getting his diploma, just say the pictures from my phone taken from the stands came out better. His senior pictures are the only pictures his school experience i could bring myself to pay for. The rest are always horrendous and way overpriced.

this company is unbearable, they want our money, there is no way to negotiate with them, it is absurd what they charge for a photo, the schools shame me into signing a contract with this company, they have the courage to charge $40 for a photo, parents please hire a private photographer.

My son GRADUATE on tomorrow and I have no pictures to put up because of Cady. I said to myself last October that I need to start early taking my son pictures so everything will go smoothly. NOT!! Nightmare! I have been wondering where the rest of my son pictures are as they are paid for. I calls last month to the studio, nothing. Phone rings and you leave a message. Did several of those. I called customer service about an email I just received just to be told they have been trying to contact me to approve two pictures. So according to them they have been trying to reach me since February 2024. It is now May. That is a lie! According to them they called and sent emails. LIES! I got no calls and received one email in which I responded back to them on the 10 of May. Still no pictures. I called several times and left messages. NOTHING! No call back, phone call, NOTHING! I call again today. NOTHING has been done. The office closed till Saturday per customer service. I ask for a manager. Per Rep I can't speak to no one unless she follows proper protocol. I already went through that step. Where are my pictures!! MY SON GRADUATE TOMORROW!! I need my pictures for his gathering. I have NO pictures. Go to website, pictures got copyright on them even though they are paid for. No pictures of his photo shoot. I AM PISSED!!! I WILL NEVER EVER recommend this company. This is embarrassing, terrible, and just very poor service. Now what am I to do as he has no pictures the day of his graduation celebration. WOW... I AM SO DISSAPOINTED. Still no call as of now 5:38pm and was told they gonna put urgent. So sad....

In September 2023, my special needs daughter, who attends Collins Hills School, received marketing materials from Cady for senior pictures. The initially attractive pricing led us to move forward with the photo session. We made significant investments in outfits and makeup for this special day. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected. Upon arrival, we faced an unorganized and unprofessional environment. The dressing rooms were particularly unsafe, featuring unmounted mirrors that fell and caused my daughter pain and discomfort. Despite reporting this incident to the photographer and a sales agent, no official report was documented.
I have reached out to several individuals involved and received inconsistent responses. Moreover, the pricing strategies felt deceptive, akin to bait-and-switch tactics, which are illegal. I have filed a complaint with the State of Georgia and the Gwinnett Board of Education and am currently consulting with my attorney.

I urge caution when considering doing business with this company, as their practices seem fraudulent.

I must express my disappointment with this establishment due to its lack of professionalism. The packages are not explained in detail, leading to unexpected surprises. For instance, after paying $70 to book the session and $250 for the digital photos, I discovered that the cap and gown photos, which are arguably the most crucial part of the session, incur an additional charge of $250.

This information was only disclosed on the day of the photo shoot, when I was informed that the photos would first be sent to the school for the yearbook before being made available to me. However, they failed to mention the extra cost associated with this process.

Furthermore, the pricing is excessive, and the sessions are disorganized and frequently run behind schedule. This experience has been far from satisfactory. I believe potential customers should be aware of these issues before deciding to engage with this business.

The most frustrating aspect, unfortunately, is the lack of alternative options. This monopolistic situation leaves customers with no choice but to accept these unsatisfactory services and conditions. It’s indeed a significant concern that needs addressing.

This company is an absolute scam and should be dropped by the schools that force us to use them for senior pictures. Only want the money...They charged too much for everything. We paid the session fee but did not include pictures that are important. They have advertisement (discounted prices) on their website but do not show on the cart or check out. There was nobody to talk to, only uses chat and never responds to an email. Today I thought they are open until 7 pm but of course only until 5 pm. Horrible service!!!
