Bought a piece of carry-on luggage. The extendable/telescopic handle malfunctioned before I even boarded the plane!
However, Cabin Max could not have been more helpful and apologetic when I contacted them and sent me a new case very swiftly.
So 4 stars (hoping that the first case was an anomaly).

Excellent product. Used on Ryanair for 'small underseat only' ticket, without any problems.
Love the internal pockets that allow you to separate items - i.e. wet, dirty items, shoes. Holds a lot, and is easily accessible by either opening the zip at the top, to grab your plastic bag holding your liquid items, or opening fully to access all items.
Good quality product, that looks as though it will survive many travel trips.

I’m really disappointed with my experience with Cabin Max.

I purchased the “Anode 30L Underseat Small Suitcase - 45x36x20 cm × 1” for around £40 after first seeing it advertised on ASOS, which gave me confidence it would be suitable for airline use. However, this has turned out to be very misleading.

After receiving the suitcase and comparing it with easyJet’s under-seat requirements (45 × 36 × 20 cm including wheels and handles), it clearly exceeds the limit in real use. This means I now either have to pay extra airline fees or not use the bag for the purpose I bought it for.

What’s frustrating is that while the product is marketed as “underseat” and “cabin size,” it does not realistically meet stricter airline personal item limits. This distinction is not made clear enough, especially for customers who are relying on it to avoid additional charges.

I’m particularly disappointed that I first came across this product via ASOS, as I trusted that it would meet the stated requirements.

The suitcase itself seems decent quality, but the marketing does not reflect real-world airline restrictions. I would strongly advise others to double-check actual dimensions (including wheels and handles) and not rely on “underseat” or “cabin size” claims alone.

The company has a very genuine feel, which is a pleasant change from all the shadowy AI type of operations that clog up the internet. Ordering a stylish bag in advance of a Ryanair flight was very straightforward and the product arrived promptly.
I also ordered an innovative clothing compression bag that fits neatly inside the backpack. I like the light coloured interior and thoughtful design features.

Recently purchased - Vela 20L Cabin Bag Underseat Holdall 20L, cream.
A lovely piece of luggage which compliments my rose gold carry on Cabin Max case. I also have another carry on case in a different size.
The Vela Bag is Canin Max’s usual quality luggage- super compartments and pockets for organisation and I love the way it has the exterior panel to slide over the cabin bag handle. I purchased and received the bag in 24 hours.
It’s the first place I go to for luggage.
